And if you wanted to say "For Russia!" in a patriotic way, then it's better to use "Россия вперёд!" (meaning "Go, Russia!") rather than "для России", because in russian nobody says "for Russia", it just doesn't have that meaning
"Пустой" - adjective, nominative, masculine (прилагательное, именительный падеж, мужской род) - wrong. "Пусто" - adverb (наречие) - right.
But usually the free cell is marked "free".
