Azura's Star or The Black Star
This reusable soul gem is rewarded for completing The Black Star quest.
Azura's Star has the ability to trap white souls, or those of non-sentient creatures.
The Black Star has the ability to trap black souls, or those of sentient beings, though it functions like a Black Soul Gem which traps all souls up to the Grand level, in it. This renders it as the wiser choice of the two.

First, we need to head to the shrine of Azura, located south of winterhold.
Speak to the woman standing at the shrine to start the quest.
After you make your way towards the end of this quest, you will be given a choice to bring the broken star to the mage in winterhold (The Black Star) or to the women at the shrine (Azura's Star). They are both daedric artifacts.
Dawnbreaker
This One-Handed sword is rewarded for completing The Break of Dawn quest.
Dawnbreaker sets enemies on fire, while also dealing more damage to undead like draugr and vampires and has a chance to make undead explode into blue flames upon death, which damages and causes nearby undead to flee.

This quest is started by visiting the Statue to Meridia.
This quest is pretty straight foward, when you get to the part, Meridia tells you to pick up the Dawnbreaker.
Ebony Blade
This Two-Handed sword is rewarded for completing The Whispering Door quest.
The Ebony Blade absorbs 10 points of health from enemies, but can be upgraded only by slaying friendly NPCs (such as a person whose favor has been completed). For every two such characters killed the weapon increases in power, adding 2 to the strength of the absorb health, up to the maximum of 30.

You must be at least level 20 and have finished the main quest Dragon Rising to receive this quest.

To start this quest, go to The Bannered Mare in Whiterun.

Ask the bartender about rumors, she will then tell you about the Jarls strange son. The only challenging step here is to pickpocket a key off of the Jarl or Farengar Secret-Fire. The easiest way to do this is to wait until they are sleeping and do it then. The key opens the whispering door and you are rewarded with the Ebony Blade.
Ebony Mail
This piece of unique armor is rewarded for completing Boethiah's Calling quest.
The Ebony Mail is a heavy armor cuirass that is enchanted with the muffle effect and inflicts 5 poison damage per second to nearby enemies.

You need to be level 30 to start the quest.

This quest is tricky to begin. Once you reach level 30, books titled "Boethia's Proving" will spawn in various locations. When you read a copy, the quest will start.

The quest line:
Read "Boethiah's Proving"
Find the Shrine of Boethiah.
Find the cult of Boethiah.
Lead someone to become trapped by the shrine and slay them, or kill all the cultists.
Speak to Boethiah's Conduit.
Slay the other cultists.
Speak to Boethiah's Conduit.
Slay everyone at Knifepoint Ridge stealthily.
Retrieve and equip the Ebony Mail.

The known locations of "Boethia's Proving"
Septimus Signus's Outpost, on the bookshelf (the location of Hermaeus Mora's quest)
Found on a Boethiah Cultist during a random encounter
Found in Hob's Fall Cave
Sold by Urag gro-Shub at The College of Winterhold
On or under a bookshelf in the Abandoned House in Markarth.
Found on Boethiah Cultist that attacks you at Hillgrund's Tomb during "Investagate Boethiah Cultist" mission.

Mace of Molag Bal
This One-Handed weapon is rewarded for completing the House of Horrors quest.
The weapon not only drains 25 points of stamina and magicka per hit, it also steals the soul of an enemy if they die within 3 seconds.

Head to Markarth, go to the "Abandoned House", in front of the door, a man named Tyranus will be standing there. (You can also talk to the inn keeper and ask about rumors to start) Talk to and agree to help him to begin the quest.

This quest is very straight forward so just listen and do whatever Molag Bal says.

If Tyranus is not in front of the house, he could be at the stables, check there before raging.
Masque of Clavicus Vile
This unique Heavy Armor helmet is rewarded for completing A Daedra's Best Friend quest, but only if you choose to give Vile his axe instead of using it to kill Barbas.
Masque of Clavicus Vile holds the following enchantments:
Prices are 20% better
Speech increased by 10 points
Magicka regenerates 5% faster

You need to be level 10 to start the quest.

To begin the quest, travel west of Falkreath along the road beyond the fork where a talking dog named Barbas will approach you.

After following Barbas to Clavicus, you will be told to retrieve an axe for him, bring the axe back and give it to Clavicus. He will then give you the helmet. DO NOT KILL BARBAS IF YOU WANT THE ARTIFACT, killing Barbas will cause the quest to end and you will keep the axe rather than the Masque. You can kill Barbas if you want the axe but it does not count as a deadric artifact.
Mehrunes' Razor
This unique dagger is rewarded for completing the Pieces of the Past quest.
Mehrunes' Razor's enchantment has a 1.25% chance to instantly kill any opponent.

Must be level 20 to begin the quest.

You can start the quest by getting an invitation to a museum by a courier or by walking around Dawnstar and listening to the towns people. The museum is in "Silus Vesuius's House".
Talk to Silus and enter his house. Talk more and agree to help him find the pieces of the dagger. Follow the quest all the way through and BLAMO, you got yourself another daedric artifact.
Oghma Infinium
The Oghma Infinium is a powerful tome of knowledge that is rewarded for completing the Discerning the Transmundane.
When read, the Oghma Infinum will grant a permanent boost to all skills related to the three major guardian constellations, the Warrior, the Mage, and the Thief.

Although this quest can be started any level, such as during the main quest "Elder Knowledge", the second part involving the harvesting of blood can only be initiated after level 15.

It can be started by speaking to Septimus Signus. He can be found in Septimus Signus's Outpost, an ice cave north of Winterhold.

Returning to Septimus at under level 15 will cause him to dismiss you until he has had time to study the Lexicon. When level 15 is reached, he will send a courier to summon the Dragonborn back to the outpost.
When level 15 or higher, he talks and sends you out to gather blood. On your way out, you are greeted by a Dreamora in the form of a "Wretched Abyss".It reveals that as soon as the lockbox is opened, Septimus' usefulness will be over. He then offers you Septimus' position. Responding either way has no discernible consequences.

Once you return with all of the blood extracts, Septimus opens the door revealing the Oghma Infinium

Locations containing most blood types
Liar's Retreat - contains all blood types except Altmer.
Nightcaller Temple - Altmer, Dunmer and Orsimer.
Rannveig's Fast - Bosmer, Dunmer and Orsimer.
Silverdrift Lair - Bosmer, Dunmer and Orsimer.

Ring of Namira
This ring is rewarded for completing The Taste of Death quest.
The Ring of Namira grants the user with a 50 point Stamina boost and the bonus of feeding on corpses granting 50% health and stamina regeneration.

Head to Markarth. Rumours about the hall closing can be heard from Kleppr at the Silver-Blood Inn.
Very straight foward, just stay positive with Eola and do what she says. After completion of the quest you are given the Ring of Namira and can use Eola as a follower.
Sanguine Rose
This unique staff is rewarded for completing A Night to Remember quest.
The Sanguine Rose summons a leveled Dremora to fight for the wielder for 60 seconds.

In any tavern across Skyrim it is possible to encounter a man named Sam Guevenne. He offers you a chance to join a drinking contest and win a staff. After three drinks the screen will black out and the player will awaken in the Temple of Dibella in Markarth.
Another straight forward quest, go through the steps and the staff is yours.
This quest is pretty similar to the movie "Hangover".
Savior's Hide or/and Ring of Hircine
Either of these items is a potential reward for completing Ill Met By Moonlight quest, in a certain manner.
Savior's Hide is a unique light armor cuirass that may be obtained if Sinding is killed at the conclusion of the quest. It provides the following benefits
Increases Magic Resistance by 15%.
Increases Poison Resistance by 50%.

The Ring of Hircine may be obtained if Sinding is helped during the quest. Its enchantment grants the wearer infinite werewolf transformation a day, assuming that the wearer is already a werewolf.

Go to Falkreath and head down to the Jail in the Guard Barracks

Follow through the quest, blah blah blah, you get the choice to kill or to spare Sinding. If you kill him you get the saivior's Hide, if you spare him you get the ring.
Skull of Corruption
This unique staff is rewarded for completing Waking Nightmare quest.
The Skull of Corruption deals 20 points damage, but increases to 50 if powered with dreams collected from sleeping people. Casting the staff at them while sleeping will gather 5 dreams for the staff. Casting at an NPC while they're awake however will be treated as an attack.

This quest is given to you when you visit the Hold of Dawnstar and speak to Erandur, who is in the Windpeak Inn.

When the daedra, Vaermina, orders you to kill the priest Erandur, DO IT, you need to in order to get the staff.
Spellbreaker
This unique shield is rewarded for completing The Only Cure quest.
When blocking, it produces a Ward-like effect that protects the user from 50 points of magic damage.

You have to be level 12.

Travel to Shrine to Peryite to begin the quest.

Easy stuff, just follow the daedric guy's directions and you'll be golden.
Volendrung
This unique warhammer is rewarded for completing The Cursed Tribe quest in Largashbur.
Volendrung, also known as the Hammer of Might, absorbs 50 points of Stamina per hit. It is essentially a giant stamina battery, as many two-handed weapons use a lot of stamina for their power attacks.

Upon arriving at , you find some Orcs fighting a Giant. It's possible to either help kill the giant or simply watch the Orcs kill him. Upon approach, Atub will start a conversation, and the quest begins.
Largashbur
Chief Yamarz must be protected while traveling through Fallowstone Cave. While Yamarz is well-equipped with full Orcish Armor and an Orcish weapon and can handle himself well in battle, he will still find himself outmatched when fighting giants by himself. At the Giant's Grove, Yamarz will ask you to retrieve the giant chieftain's hammer for him. He promises gold in return for your discretion; the tribe never has to know that their chief wasn't the one to return the giant's club Shagrol's Warhammer (if you refuse, Yamarz will attack the giant himself and die quickly — "This'll only take a second," are Yamarz's prophetic last words — and the giant must still be defeated).
If the bribe is taken and the giant defeated for Chief Yamarz, he will then attack the Dragonborn to ensure his tribe never learns of his cowardice.
Take Shargol's Hammer back to the stronghold and it will be transformed into the Volendrung.
Wabbajack
This unique staff is rewarded for completing The Mind of Madness.
The Wabbajack casts an unpredictable spell whose effect ranges from transforming enemies into other creatures to casting a random Destruction spell to even fully healing enemies.

Listen to Rumors at The Winking Skeever in Solitude about a man wandering the streets around the Blue Palace. Speak to Dervenin wandering around Solitude and agree to help him.

Go through the quest and WOBBAJACK FTW!!!

The problem about the Boethiah questline is that I can't finish the quest, when it tells me to kill all the cultists, I can't do anything else.

I played the Azura'a Star quest both ways. First as the Black Star; I had One ( 1 ) attack by an acolyte of Azura with-in 6 months.
The second time I finished it as, Azura's Star; I have had one negative comment after another like I've got it plastered on my forehead. This is just WEEK One.
.
SO, not only are you correct that the 'Black Star' is the best choice for the Black SGM use, BUT Socially as well.
.
I will continue with the Azura's Star and see if the negative comments lead to something or if it prevents my becoming High King.
