100% Completion guide. Includes finding, getting, and the effects of hidden items.

Health upgrades

Stage 1

In this area the leftmost side at the bottom is breakable, which leads to a room with an item increasing HP by 10. But there's a problem.

(I already got it but it should be on the ledge on the left side)

It's wayyy up there... But luckily there's a way to get up!
If you hold the glide button while spamming your downward knives, you actually keep your height, and even get a slight boost to it.
So just jump off the ledge, make sure to hold it long enough so you hit the ceiling thing on the right:
Using this we can magically propel ourselves through knife power and reach the ledge.
Doing it right lets you hop onto the ledge, and you can get your HP up.
This technique also lets you skip a bunch of dangerous jumps with a mega knife glide™

Stage 2

You need the grip knives from stage 3.
There’s a hidden wall on the bottom left of the weird blue area in stage 2 (with the skeletons).
make a path up and get the HP up.

Stage 3

After going east in the initial west/east split in stage 3, There's a hidden room in the tall room.
Just kill the frankenstein’s monster things and go right.

Stage 4

When in the falling bridge area of this "roof" section, there's a HP up hidden inside one of the collapsing bridges.
(The area right above Sakuya)

Stage 5

The HP up in the wide open area before the boss, in the top right wall.

Mana Upgrades

Stage 1

In this area the rightmost wall on the first floor is breakable: It leads to an item that increases your MP by 10.

Stage 2

You need the grip knives, and screw knives from stage 3, and 4 respectively.
Just travel through the area for the HP UP, but now you can destroy the wooden box on the left.

Stage 3

In the long room before the series of rooms before fighting Patchouli, there's a hidden wall up near the top of the room, inside containing an MP UP.

Stage 4

Hidden in a wall during one of the “outdoor” corridor sections is an MP UP.

Stage 5

You’ll find this one naturally while exploring the stage.

Knife upgrades

Stage 1

You need the double jump from stage 2.
In the area from the first HP UP, there was a seemingly out of reach platform
Just double jump ontop and continue through the area.
Eventually you'll get to here:

Stage 2

You need the grip knives from stage 3.
There's a hidden room inside the room below the "warp" room, it's a small 3
Make a platform with the grip knives and get the upgrade.

Stage 3

You need the screw knives from stage 4.
Follow the directions for the HP UP, and just destroy the wooden crate to get the knives.

Stage 4

In the large gear room, there’s a hidden wall in the top right which lead to the knife upgrade.

Stage 5

During one of the open rooms in stage 5, There's a hidden wall with a knife upgrade.

Eternal Clocks

Stage 1

The moment Nitori gives you the time stop ability, it actually counts as the eternal clock for the stage!

Stage 2

There's an eternal clock in this room on the second stage (it's hidden behind the chandelier):
While you can wait to get the grip knives later on (which let you step on knives frozen in time) you can get it as soon as after getting the double jump.

First: You'll need to trigger the chandelier to fall, which can be done by stepping under it, but immediately freeze time so it's fallen lower.
Afterwards, you just need to step onto a flying platform and mega knife glide™ ontop of it, and grab the item.

Stage 3

Stage 4

Sometime after getting access to stage 4 you can find a nice hidden room in one of the large gear/sword rooms.
You get a nice time upgrade.

Stage 5

There's also an eternal clock in the open area in stage 5 (Before the final boss), you do need to jump on your knives a bit though.

Spellcards

Stage 1

This area can be reached either by using a sliding platform nearby, or using a mega knife glide™.
Inside is a room which contains a Item: The Auto Aim, which fires 20(?) knives (each doing the same damage as your regular knives) but automatically are aimed, (not homing) for 30 mp.

Stage 2

Eventually as you continue through stage 2, before the Marisa boss battle there's a hidden room in the tall room before it.
This contains the chainsaw...?
It's a really tricky skill to use, but is great for mowing down high hp mobs like the Frankensteins seen later on.

Stage 3

After exploring a bit you'll eventually come across this area, where you can break the rightmost wall (on the highest part of the room)
Inside is a small room with a spellcard in it:
This card is pretty cool, while it locks you into the animation, Sakuya will automatically aim the knives for you, but be careful; if you use it while time is frozen, the total amount of knives thrown is limited to the amount of knives you can throw while time is frozen.

Stage 4

In the area after getting the screw knives (the one blocked by a crate)
There's a hidden room right at the bottom.
Inside is the Dagger Shield spell card.

Stage 5

In the save area (the first one in stage 5) there's a hidden wall.

this is probably the one thing I wont spoil because i think it's rad as hell.

Crystal Gem thingy things

Stage 1

In the auto knife area, there’s a wooden crate which leads to the yellow crystal.

Stage 3

In stage 3, there’s a cyan door, and inside is just a purple gem thing.

Stage 5

There’s a secret room in the area where you first open the first purple door.
Inside is a cyan gem thingy.

There's also a hidden room right next to the MP in stage 5,
with a ruby gem thingy this time.

Misc thingy things

Recycling

You get 10 gold each time you use a vending machine, and the can dropped manages to get inside a wastebin (either you freeze time and reposition yourself or it just bounces in because you're moving)
The bin even turns green! And it'll get marked on your handy dandy progress chart thingy.

But they did hide a single wastebin in stage 4.
