Introduction
This is a build I made as a dumb joke, that actually turned out to be surprisingly viable. Please take in mind that this is primarily made for fun, not for powering through Death Sentence. I can at least confirm that it works perfectly fine on mayhem. If you can come up with any improvements to make it either stronger or more movie-accurate, please let me know in the comments.

The 1994 movie was a staple of my childhood having owned it on VHS although I think its kind of a mixed-bag as an adult. So then why make a build based on a special-effects driven Jim Carey movie? Well the first thing The Mask does is rob a bank (completely screwing over some guys attempting a stealth-run).

This is also referencing the movie rather than the more murder-happy Dark Horse comic book.
I’ve included some flexibility, so you can tweak this to fit your playstyle.
Primary Weapon
Akimbo CR 805B Submachine Guns
Replicates the akimbo cartoon guns from the end of the movie.

I’ll admit I haven’t tried every akimbo submachine gun option in the game, but I feel these look the part (within reason, Payday doesn’t have any guns that look exactly like that) and function very well. I’ll point out now that this is going to be an armour build so feel free to put on any modifiers you want. I recommend the competitor’s compensator and the quadstacked mag.

The CRs have terrible ammo consumption. They’re simply not built for general use. Thats why I suggest you can use them in one of two ways-

Playstyle 1: Its Party Time!
Use your secondary (the tommy gun) to kill mooks and only pull out your primaries (set to full auto) to annihilate dozers. The rate of fire is absurd so as long as you empty your magazines into a dozer’s face at close range, they will go down. I’m yet to test this on tougher dozers but I can’t imagine it being anything less than good.

Playstyle 2: Somebody Stop Me!
If you want to use the primaries on mooks then I suggest you set them to single shot. The CRs have high damage and even without iron sights, lasers can help you hit snipers in a pinch. I typically use the single CR as a SMG-DMR and its strengths roll over into the akimbo version. This will maintain your ammo economy. Just keep that laser on.

You can also mix these two playstyles- use the guns in single shot and then switch them to full auto when you face a dozer. Doing this may make your secondary a bit obsolete though.

And yes, I am aware that the guns in the movie don’t actually shoot anyone. Try and maximize your threat stat if you really want to make this build as movie-accurate as possible.

Secondary Weapon
Chicago Typewriter
Replicates the Tommy Gun from the movie.

Secondly... my favourite... A TOMMY GUN!
I mean, of course. This was the reason I even considered a Mask build. Regardless of how you feel about the Typewriter (its pretty alright in its current state) it is vital for a Mask build.

Not much to say. If you save the CRs to only kill dozers, this will be your main form of killing regular cops. Modify however you want. You may want to avoid sights if you value character-accuracy over doing better in-game.
Melee Weapon
OVERKILL Boxing Gloves

I think he used these in the SNES game? Whatever, we’re really not doing anything with melee skills in this build. Unless you insist on taking something actually useful (tazer, kunai) one melee is as good as another.
Throwable
Dynamite

And hey, its a good throwable in general!
Deployable
Ammo bags

I couldn’t think of anything that references the character in this regard so we’re taking ammo bags to feed the akimbo SMGs.
Armour
Improved Combined Tactical Vest

This is an armour build. Having him run around makes more sense and this scene definitely screams ‘dodge build’:

but I couldn’t make it work. If you can then go ahead.
Skills
None of these points are gospel- here’s my reasoning for each tree:

Controller
OK so I’ve been replicating various characters in Payday for a while now but this has to be the most appropriate use of the Joker skill I’ve ever come up with.

In-game, the Joker skill gets cops to work on your side. In the movie, The Mask gets cops to work on his side. While one is through the power of threats and the other is through the power of the endlessly catchy Cuban Pete, the results are similar.

Iron Man
Its an armour build.

Ammo Specialist
Didn’t go all in on this but it should make those SMGs last longer. Change this if you’d rather take another deployable.

Oppressor
Both of your weapons are automatic fire so this makes sense. You may want to move some of these skills into sharpshooter if you plan on using single shot more.

Artful Dodger
Basic movement perks I take on every build.

Gunslinger
No pistols, just get the akimbo skills.

Revenant
A reference to the Mask’s overall invulnerability.
Perk Deck
Hitman

Hitman was garbage for the longest time but has since become pretty decent. I enjoy using it with this build, it powers up your primaries and the ability to suddenly regen all your armour while under fire is very satisfying. You can probably use any armour-based deck for this.
Mask
So ‘The Mask’ actually has two looks you can try and recreate. There’s the wooden Loki mask as it appears when not worn. To replicate this, I used the Oscar, uh Oliver mask with a wood texture. I also tried to recreate the metal band that goes down the nose with mixed results.

Alternatively you can try and remake the green face of The Mask. To do this, you’d have to find an appropriate ‘face’ mask and just paint it green. I did this with the Smiley mask which looks... alright. Maybe you can find something that looks more accurate.

You can also wear the UK-police armour skin if you want to kinda, vaguely, sort of reference his yellow suit.
Conclusion
And thats it. No part of this is set in stone, it is simply a guild to replicate a dumb nostalgic movie from the mid-90s. Please share any (civil) ideas in the comments. I'll kindly remind everyone that this build is for dumb fun and hasn't been tested beyond Mayhem.

Remember: You can’t make the scene if you don’t have the green.

The Showman's Crimson Comic outfit works really well to emulate the Mask's actual suit in the movie. I use Hoxton, The Infiltrator painted Military Green since I don't have Plastic Green.
