Info & Tips
All gifts listed in this guide are the easiest loved gifts you can get per person.
I would recommend waiting until year 2 to start gifting so you have plenty of cash to throw at people.

Simply buy seeds as needed until you get a Seed Maker then use it to endlessly make more seeds.
Cooking show on TV every Wed and/or Sunday gives recipes.
Krobus sells Iridium sprinklers on Fri, Omni Geodes on Tues.
Sandy sells Omni Geodes on Wed.

Place Tappers on Maple trees as a backup gift.
If for some reason you can't get an item you can always use Maple Syrup as a liked gift for anyone. Another option is Jelly which is liked by all except Sebastian.
Fill Crystalariums with Amethyst, it's loved by 4 people, a universal like, and regrows everyday.

You will want a Barn with at least a cow and a Coop with a few chickens and a bunch of rabbits for Rabbit's Foot which is loved by everyone except Penny.

The best thing to do is save up about 32 loved or 56 liked gifts for a person then go on a friendly talking and gifting spree until they are maxed. (About 2 seasons) Relationships decay over time unless at max. (Only exception is spouse who also has the worst decay.)

Pierre is the most picky person since he only enjoys universal items so I listed the easiest things to obtain for him in each section.

I use > to denote priority; example Egg > Milk, Egg should be used if possible otherwise use milk.
The sections are separated based on what to plant or gather in that season. (Not birthdays)
Spring
Plant Strawberries for money. (Purchase seeds at egg festival)
If in first year, plant parsnips until you have a scarecrow then plant kale for quick cash to spend on strawberry seeds.

This is incredibly simple and efficient for people who want it nice and easy. Good job and thank you!

I go into the mines a lot, so I always have an abundance of gems. With the crystalarium, gifting everyone a diamond, amethyst, etc. is an easier option than carrying a whole lot of crops.

Oh and I avoided crafting as much as possible but when unavoidable I chose the option with the fewest ingredients.

@JadeClarity, I prioritized crops so the player would need to leave the farm as little as possible and foraged items since they are free. There are some cheaper options but I also tried to use as few crops as possible. For example, Abi, Kro, and Willy all love pumpkins. Planting more pumpkin is much more simple than remembering 3 different items and specifically who they go to.
