Item Affix Expansion

Description
This Mod Adds roughly 450 new Item Affixes to the game with an eye towards variety and balance.

*** This mod affects no default files and should be compatible with all other mods ***

These Affixes can randomly appear on items at all levels throughout the game on Enchanted(green) and Rare(blue) items. The screenshots give some examples of the new Affixes you will find. A number implement new stats and effects not normally found on random items and implements new proc effects. These effects will be detailed within the noted thread if you want to spoil what they do.

Almost all are implemented to roll in wider stat-ranges than those found in the default game and are rolled differently for Green and Blue items. As a result, some Green and Blue items will have more affixes than their default counterparts. I've attempted to keep the affixes as balanced as possible, making the powerful affixes rarer or take up more 'room' on items.

I've done a few passes and playthroughs to make adjustments as far as balance and they have not broken the game in my opinion, but comments and suggestions are welcome in the thread below.

Note: Also includes some new copies of base items so that some items that normally spawn only as White or Green can also spawn as Blue. This should give more variety to overall item pool and will be expanded upon within my next mod.

Can I get an honest, non-exaggerated answer for this? The comments are so polarized.

Are these new affixes generating overpowered items? Are Greens and Blues really better than the Uniques?

Pretty sure there are only two affixes like that and they come alongside an extra boost to armor than would normally be available at that level. Plenty of games have items that have drawbacks but compensate you in other ways.

why the hell did you add affixes like "reduce movement speed" who the fuck wants a weapon that reduces their movement speed? this mod is trash

Please release a version of this that is only the item affixes. I don't want to make changes to the core game that make it much easier, just add more affixes.

I don't mind seeing a bunch of Affixes in lower level gear, but the min/max range of the stats are absurdly overpowered. Any chance that you're going to nerf the maximum stat ranges to scale better with the level and requirements of the weapons? Some vendor items I find for 700g are stronger than some of the best uniques in vanilla.
