Kamé Sennin 武天老師

Kamé Sennin (亀仙人, Kame-Sen'nin?), également connu sous le nom de Muten Roshi (武天老師, Muten-Rōshi?) et Tortue Géniale et sous le pseudonyme de Jackie Chun (ジャッキー･チュン, Jakkī Chun?), est un personnage de fiction créé par Akira Toriyama dans le manga Dragon Ball en 1984.

Kamé signifie Tortue et Sennin signifie Sage ou Ermite. Il s'agit d'un jeu de mots basé sur le légendaire personnage Kume Sennin (久米仙人), un ermite qui avait réussi à suffisamment purifier son âme pour flotter sur les nuages. Kamé means Turtle and Sennin means Sage or Hermit. This is a play on words based on the legendary character Kume Sennin (久 米 仙人), a hermit who had managed to purify his soul enough to float on the clouds.
