Important tweaks for Arrows (NO ARROW GRAVITY+ ACCURATE ARROWS AND FASTER FLYING ARROWS)
CBumEnjoyer 님이 작성
These are some must have changes if you want to become an archer in Skyrim.
This guide will show you 1 mod and some tweaks that you can do in your .ini folder that makes arrows not be affected by gravity (have no drop) and also makes the crosshairs accurate when aiming, as well as giving you the option to make arrows fly 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% faster.

What to do
Ok, so.
What you can expect from this guide is the following:
Chaning very simple files in your .ini folder, thus making arrows not be affected by gravity, and making the crosshairs dead center accurate.
And installing a mod to make arrows fly faster.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, if you want arrows to fly faster, you are going to want to install this mod.
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11941
You can configure it how you see fit, but i suggest only changing the arrow speed to 75% faster once the mod is installed. (I use Nexus Mod Manager)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now the fun part.
Copy this:
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
Take it to your skyrim.ini folder, located in Documents>My Games> Skyrim>(double click skyrim.ini)
Scroll down to [combat] and paste it right beneth this:

fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0.
, So your skyrim.ini combat section should now look like the following:
[Combat]
fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now to make arrows not be affected by gravity paste this below what you just pasted in [Combat]
[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So now your skyrim.ini folder should look like this:
[Combat]
fMagnetismStrafeHeadingMult=0.0
fMagnetismLookingMult=0.0
f1PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PArrowTiltUpAngle=0.7
f1PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7
f3PBoltTiltUpAngle=0.7

[Actor]
fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000
Go up to "File" on the top left of the notepad and click "Save"
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thats it! now arrows will fly either 25, 50, 75, or 100% faster depending on how you configured the mod i linked above, the arrows should be very accurate, and they should not be affected by gravity.
.ini should look like this. Just make sure you saved the file before exiting, now just open up skyrim and try it out.

I'm fine with the arc that arrows travel in, but my problem is that after a certain range arrows seem to just change angle and drop straight down

@LOL123.
Not even in the slightest.
If you had half a brain you figure out that this is a minor fix, this guide is here to help people who want more consistant arrow mechanics, not everyone has to do this, and this is not cheating, sure it takes a slightly lower amount of skill in the archery branch of the game, but it makes it more predictable and less frustrating.
I don't spawn in items to spawn them in, i "buy" them, i have another guide on that. If i wanted to cheat the game and ruin it i would do that.
Maybe you should actually try the game with these tweaks, they can't hurt you.

Not the kind of change I feel like Skyrim needs. If you want to really be a sniper though, this is a very good guide on how to do it. I don't see a problem with the guide, easy to understand. :steamhappy:

There are guides to make arrows more realistic, but this one is supposed to make them the opposite, just make them less frustrating and more predictable.
If someone wants to really cheat their game and ruin it, thats on them, but this is not that kind of cheating.

Just work around the somewhat realistic arrow effects, instead of cheating like this.

Oh, and sorry if i make it sound like i am trying to hack you or something, the way i write just isn't very good in terms of, well, guides.
If you have any suggestions on how i could improve it to make it more clear just let me know.
