=> This mod is made for prevent too much quick and big expansion by conquest, and enjoy a different way to play to EU4, with a general balance and improved ai.

It improve the game difficulty because you can't blob half of the world in 100y and also because ai is improved with a better resilience and a better country ( ai make more dev and building )

Game look like more historical with the different ai modifiers

=> Ce mod est fait pour empêcher les expansions trop rapides et importantes par la conquête, et profiter d'une manière différente de jouer à EU4, avec des rééquilibrages généraux ainsi qu'une ia améliorée.

-Peace Cost Province & Vassal x2 ( except for some cb )
-Aggressive Expansion for Province & Vassal x2 ( except for some cb )
-Aggressive Expansion Decay: -2/yr -> -1/yr
-Max Aggressive Expansion: -1000 -> -200

-Unaccepted cultures in same culture group give moderate penalities
-Unaccepted cultures in different culture groups give powerfull penalities
-Core of same culture group stay 500y (up from 150y)

@McSlash No, could be but the game will look very different cause some ai have temporaly modifier for have less ae during historical blob ( ex : Muscovy on minor russians , Ottomans on minor turkish / Mamluks , Manchou / Qing 1600-1700 )

@Mr.Golden Yes cause there are historical charter events (like Goa for Portugese) than made sell territory to some historical european nation. So at the end very often you have an important or significant european land in india/indonesia/china, then it depend of the game, sometime a big indian will stop european (Marathas or Deccan for exemple). In China Qing mainly take the big part of territory.

@Athien because the game was equilibrate; all area in the world was finished to be improve, 1.30 is a new cycle of improvments. Then the work to do is just too much hard, and finally it will be a new mod with a complete different experience. But there are more : every new update will eventually broke again hardly my mod. So here we are with a wonderfull world in 1.29.6 ;)

@killwonder that mean england at war against france will try to invade france if he feel him 20% from french strengt power minimum. for exemple, 20k english vs 100k french in france. Result is england send regulary new army in france, if you dont care about that you can have 2x20 english army in west south and 1x20 portugese for exemple.

Also a lot of strange passive war are dynamic now because less powerful ai try to invade the ennemy target in place to stay at home and do litteraly nothing.
