FRONTIERS Preorders now available for $15!
Do I get any perks with my preorder? Beta access? Early release? Anything like that?
No, this is just for the game. You won't get it early and you won't get beta access. (I already have more beta players than I can handle, I'm afraid.)

Will the final game cost more than the preorder price?
Nope, it costs $15 now and it'll be $15 when it's released.

So... what's the point of pre-ordering?
There's no point - it's just a way for you to support development if you like. If you don't care to do that (or if you can't spare the cash right now) you lose nothing by waiting to buy the game until after it's released.

When will the game be released?
I'm shooting for end of Q2 2014. (It says so on the main page but it's in really tiny text - they need to make it bigger!) That's just an estimated release date; it may take longer.

Will I get a Steam key if I preorder?
You'll have your choice of Steam key or DRM-free standalone version. (You'll choose once the game is released.)

Will the game run on OSX/Windows/Linux?
Yes, FRONTIERS will run on all three platforms. That includes cross-platform multiplayer.

What are the minimum requirements? My machine may not run it so I'm nervous about ordering.
My goal is to make the game run on any system that can run Oblivion. But if you're at all nervous about system requirements then I recommend you don't preorder, at least not until I've tested the game on a wider range of systems.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for your support - if you know anyone who'd like to preorder I'd be grateful if you helped to spread the word!

FRONTIERS Greenlight page is LIVE!
NOTE: FRONTIERS has moved from Steam Concepts to Steam Greenlight!

  • Dozens of skills to discover and learn, including magic, survival and stealth skills
  • Hundreds of shops, taverns, homes, caves, castles and other structures to explore

  • A haunting soundtrack for every region
  • Oculus Rift support

Ah I see, I wasn't aware you had two seperate Greenlight pages. Interesting that Valve doesn't let you merge or link the pages. Ah well!

That's a Greenlight page, not a Greenlight Concepts page.

Confused yet? :D Valve really needs to create a way to merge these pages...

Anyway if you got to the Greenlight page you'll get a popup:

Okay, you should update this Greenlight page to say that the game is now out. For example, how this Greenlight page now pops up saying the game is available on the store:

Zach - this is the greenlight concepts page. It's like a vestegial organ just hanging around.

Check out the store page:

And the KS updates:
