"Built sometime in the 2070s, Sanctuary Hills was a friendly suburb of Concord, located on a small island about a mile north of the town and accessible only by a wooden bridge, consisting of 14 prefabricated homes. Before the Great War Sanctuary Hills was the home of the Sole Survivor, who lived in the House of Tomorrow with their spouse Nate/Nora, their son Shaun, and their robot butler Codsworth." - You can read full article here[fallout.wikia.com].

Installation:
MUST HAVE MATERIAL PACK 1 - the content you MUST download
MUST HAVE MATERIAL PACK 2 - the content you MUST download
(Optional)Diamond City Radio - radio will work on the map
(Optional)10mm pistol - the pistol will spawn in overseer's room

This map uses "Color Correction" make sure to use that too :)

Welcome to the town after consequences of nuclear war, Sanctuary Hills. We couldn't make this look exactly the same as in the game, but we have tried. For us, in some parts it was 1st time map creation experience, and here what we got. If we receive good feedback from you, we'll made pre-war version and/or Diamond City.
