Do you happen to have any mods that add gameplay (e.g. new crops, quests, etc.)? I browsed through Nexus a little bit but didn't see any mods that did this.

@Jindra
For example, the mod gets you to the load screen much faster than any vanilla method:
- Double-click the first logo: 13 seconds.
- Press ESC at the first logo: 5 seconds.
- Skip Intro: 2 seconds.

People like this mod, me too. Over 63k downloads, one of the top mods on nexusmods.com for Stardew Valley.

Why would someone want to skip intro? Just click and you'll skip it :D

I guess in your way, i can see it justified yes. To me what matter the most in a game is non farming achievements, the end game for me is when there is nothing to unlock or achieve anymore. Especially not the do this 50 times, then do it again 150 times, then 1000 times type of achievements is garbage. But those mod, I can see the appeal as some sort of sandbox way once you already did everything.

thank you for your constructive criticism, always nice to have good debat about point of views without drama.

I've played Stardew Valley to end-game content without mods. I have a nice and big ranch, but at some point it is getting boring and repetitive, so I've looked for mods. I do not spawn items or cheat skills, but I love it to have some helper, e.g. the "Automate" mod is awesome. For beginners I do not recommend to use mods, but for experienced players they can be a nice option.

so basically you get everything for free, everything play for you, so you don't have to do anything but look at the game. Those mods might have some use yes, but in a gameplay stand of point, it ruin the entire experience. You get everything you want, instantly, and you dont have to do anything, so why even play ?
