Vice City HD Overhaul

This overhaul mod allows you to view Vice City in its beautiful glory.

Intro

This is a mod pack I've put together slowly playing after a while. Its main purpose is to graphically enhance the game while still keeping the feel of Vice City. I decided to upload my entire folder because it uses an older version of the exe.

This is a heafty mod that uses a lot of processing power. As a general rule, if you can't run GTA 4 well, I wouldn't download this mod.

Everything this mod includes

This mod includes:
Vice Cry
enbSeries with custom set settings set for bloom, reflection, etc.
Greater draw distance for buildings
Greater draw distance for incoming vehicles
100% clarity of long distance vehicles (no more low res focusing)
Ability to move mouse as a camera while driving a vehicle
60 fps framelimiter option
Headlight corona high quality
No bridge loading times
Blood and rain drop splatter on screen removed
An extra Exe to launch Vice City in windowed mode

*If you do use this know that all your previous save data will not be able to be loaded since this overhaul massively changes the game. So you'll have to start from a new game. Your old saves will still work on your backed up Vice City files.
