An Orc's Dragonbone Greatsword

Omschrijving
Requires Dawnguard.

A powerful dragonbone two-handed greatsword that belongs to an Orc on the warpath. It has twice the reach and speed of a regular dragonbone greatsword. In addition, when untempered it starts off with a damage of 130. It also causes a bit more stamina than a regular sword of the same make. Requires Dragon smithing perk to forge.

To smith and to temper:

2 Dragon Bones (one for forging and the other for tempering)

could you make an in game copy ... you could make an random encounter NPC that challenges you to duol

For this I used the Creation Kit that comes free with Steam, which I believe is central to any modding one does to Skyrim. I basically created a copy of the original sword, gave it unique properties, and made it craftable by just making a copy of the existing crafting perks/properties that already existed in the game. Fairly simple, just maybe an hour max of work once you get accustomed to how the system works.

I would venture to say that the copying/modifying existing properties would be the same for weapon that you wish to make more powerful. Hope this helps.

How did you alter an in game weapon? I've been trying a lot of stuff but I don't want to mess with anything to much because I don't want to screw up my game. I really like the Dawngaurd Axe and the Blade's sword but they're so weak that I can't hold onto either one of them for the entire game so I'd really like to know how to make a copy of them and then alter that copy to become more powerful. If you can get back to me soon that would be wonderful.

Its been a while since I made the mod - either next to nothing or I left it as in original state would be my guess. I honestly do not recall.

ok thanks for making this mod. The stats were the same and the other only cost 1 dragon bone to craft as well. How much does it weigh?

wasn't the original back story to the mod "every orc that was to become a smith had to make a dragon bone great sword? I had a mod like this but skyrim broke and i could not play for months so now im trying to get some of my mods again
