To install mods and custom maps, go to your steam folder, then in Jedi Academy folder, go to GameData and put them in base folder.

EEE. Wrong.
Some mods like movie battles and movie duels require your game to be downloaded on your C drive, and some also require to be placed soley in gamedata.
