Here are some things to take into consideration when creating your imaginary girlfreind:

Example with my imaginary girlfriend:

• Cozy Heather Jenkins (Cozy is my favorite word in the english dictionary. Aaron (My name) is the 52nd most used boys name, while Heather is the 52nd most used girls name. Jenkins is a common last name, but is also the name of a site similar to Github)

Remember that if you're not creative to come up with your own. There are plenty of already existing anime girls.

If you love her a lot, you can commision an artist to draw a picture of her for your profile.

If you don't have the money, you can also just edit a picture of an already existing anime girl to look like your imaginary girlfriend. Like what I did.
