September 19

Jeff Meyer & Natalie Meyer

• Location: Rooftop

Jeff and Natalie have lost each other on the rooftop of the warehouse - you'll come across them the very first time you pass through the air ducts. Jeff is by the elevator - walk over and speak to him first, and he'll join your party.
Take him around to the other side of the rooftop to find Natalie; she'll come running and the pair will have an emotional reunion - keep your camera handy and take a photo when the icon pops up for a massive bonus and enough PP to get The Artiste achievement. Speak to either of them again and Natalie will join your party.

Bill Brenton

• Location: In the Closet (2nd floor), Entrance Plaza

Bill became trapped in the storage cupboard within the "In The Closet" store before the zombie outbreak, and is unaware that it's even happening.
You need to pick him up on the first day; once Case 2-1 starts, he'll disappear.

Aaron Swoop & Burt Thompson

• Location: Woman's Clothing Store, Al Fresca Plaza

Aaron and Burt in Woman's Clothing Store in Al Fresca Plaza, You have to attack Burt because he will immediately starts to attack you, Don't kill him just beat him down a bit and he will surrender. Talk to him, convincing him that you're bringing them to safety, and lead him back to the Security Room. Aaron should automatically join you when Burt does.

Leah Stein

• Location: Riverfield Jewellers, Al Fresca Plaza

Leah is in a jewellers in Al Fresca Plaza. When you start to talk to her, she grabs onto you, wailing for her lost baby, Grace. You should automatically push her away after a while. Talk to her a couple more times and she'll join.
Leah is injured in her leg and cannot walk very quickly. You'll have to carry her to the Security Room.
(If you think she is stuck just go out the store and call her out a few tmes and she will jump to the platform)

Sophie Richard

• Location: Leisure Park

Under attack by the Convicts in the Leisure Park. Talk to Sophie, then take her hand to lead her into Paradise Plaza and the Security Room.

Greg Simpson

• Location: Wonderland Plaza Space Ride

Once you've defeated Adam, Frank will find Greg in the Wonderland Plaza Space Ride. Speak to him and he'll join your party, and offer to show you a shortcut back to the Security Room.

Follow Greg down to the women's bathroom in Wonderland Plaza, taking a bonus photo of him as he stops to call for you to follow him. Once you're in the bathroom, jump up onto the sink and go over to the left-hand side to find the shortcut entrance, which will take you to the women's bathrooms in Wonderland Plaza.

Yuu Tanaka & Shinji Kitano

• Location: Sir Bok-a-Lot, Wonderland Plaza

You need to pick up the Japanese Conversation book in Sir Book-a-Lot in order to speak with either of the Japanese tourists; after a short conversation they'll bonus bow to Frank, and then join your party.

David Bailey

• Location: Empty Store, North Plaza

David is laying injured in an unfinished store in North Plaza. After talking to him he will join you. His leg was injured when he was attacked by Steven, The Mad Store Manager.

September 20

Tonya Waters & Ross Folk

Tonya is with her boyfriend, Ross. She refuses to leave him behind, and asks you to talk to him about his situation. Ross has been badly injured by the zombies and asks Frank for a gun to defend himself with once you take Tonya away - Don't give him any gunBECAUSE HE WILL KILL HIMSELF AND TONYA WILL NEVER JOIN YOUR PARTY OR YOU CAN GIVE HIM THE GUN AND HE WILL SHOOT HIMSELF AND CAPTURE HIM TO GET A BONUSJust keep talking to him and Frank will convince Ross that it's better to go to the Security Room, then both Lovers will join your party.

Josh Manning, Barbara Patterson & Rich Atkins

Gordon is cowering behind the counter of McHandys Hardware in Al Fresca Plaza talk have to hit him once and talk to him again and he should join.

Ronald Shiner

• Location: Jill's Sandwich, Paradise Plaza

• Case/Scoop: Restaurant Man

You'll need to give Ronald some of your food to get Ronald to join you. Once he's done eating you'll get a bonus as you capture him while he laugh when he's done eating. you'll get the Ronald's Appetite scoop later if you rescue him now. Otis will call on September 20, 6:00pm for Ronald's Apetite Quest: Ronald is annoyed about how little food there is in the Security Room, after Frank promised him they had plenty. Bring him any food item to avert a mutiny; fail to do this Scoop once you get it, and you'll lose some Survivors: Bill, Burt, Aaron, Sophie, Heather, and Pamela.

Jennifer Gorman

Worried about her friend, Rachel. Talk to her in Gramma's Kids. When she won't talk anymore, try to leave the store. When you are near the door, she will run up to you and join your party. Take her up to Rachel; Rachel will not join you otherwise. Rachel is in the Ladies Space, Entrance Plaza (2nd Floor) You will get a bonus when you capture them when they're Hugging each other.

Floyd Sanders

• Location: Ned's Knick-Knackery, Entrance Plaza

Talk to Floyd - a lot - and Frank will eventually convince him to come to the Security Room.
you'll get a call about the Floyd The Sommelier Scoop later if he's been rescued.
Otis will call you September 21 at 2:00am and you will get the "Floyd The Sommelier" Scoop. Floyd asks for a bottle of wine in order to calm the nerves of the other survivors. Activating this scoop requires having at least three survivors from the following list saved: Tonya, Ross, Sally, Nick, Jolie, Rachel.

September 21

Kindell Johnson

• Location: North Plaza

Appears in the North Plaza around the time you're going there for A Promise To Isabela. He'll take some pot-shots at you with his shotgun, but get close and he'll realize that you're human. you'll get a call about Kindell's Betrayal later.Otis will call you at 12:00pm and you will get the "Kindell's Betrayal" Scoop - Kindell's not convinced that Frank will be able to lead the Survivors out of the Mall, and is organizing a group of survivors to attempt a separate escape. Speak with and convince him to wait at least until Frank's helicopter is supposed to show up, and you'll avert a mutiny.
If you don't talk to Kindell, Kindell will leave with several survivors: Jeff, Natalie, Leah, Josh, Barbara, Rich, Gordon, Jennifer, and Wayne.

Cheryl Jones

• Location: Screen 4 Storage Room, Colby's Movieland

One of Sean's hostages - you'll get the key for the storage room she's trapped in from Sean when you defeat him; The Cheryl's Request scoop will come through from Otis later in the game if she's been taken back to the Security Room.Otis will call you at 8:00pm for "Cheryl's Request" Scoop - She wants you to take pics of her as she models for you.

Ray Mathison, Nathan Crabbe, Michelle Feltz, & Beth Shrake

Jonathan, Alyssa & Brett are holed up in the Huntin' Shack in North Plaza.
Walk into the store and they'll start shooting at you; turn around and go back out, and they'll realise you're human. Jonathan will come to the door to see if you're okay - talk to him, and if you've taken a photograph of the air duct into the Security Room the trio will join you.

Gil Jimenez

• Location: Chris' Fine Foods, Food Court

Entering the Food Court, Frank should hear the sound of drunken laughter coming from somewhere inside the Food Court, Speak with Gil who turns out to be extremely belligerent and doesn't want to heed Frank's advice. Begin to leave, going as far as exiting Chris', and Gil asks whether he is serious about rescue. After being reassured, he then agrees to follow Frank back to the Security Room but will need assistance due to his condition.
During the conversation, Gil makes a pose which you can get a bonus wih an Outtake Rating

Paul Carson

• Location: Casual Gals, Wonderland Plaza

First up you'll have to fight paul when you beat him he'll end up on fire, You can grab the nearest Fire Extinguisher to take out the Fire and he will then join your party or you could just let him die. -
Phe Paul's Present scoop. There are 2 bonus here 1st is when you take a photo of Paul while laughing when he hit you a molotov during a fight, 2ndis taking a photo of Paul while he burns after accidentally setting himself on fire.
If you save Paul, Otis will call you at 5:00pm and you will get the Paul's Present Scoop. After being saved, Paul thanks Frank for putting him on the right track again and offers him an unlimited supply of molotov cocktails.

Mindy Baker & Debbie Willet

Tad Hawthorne

You can save Tad by proving to Kent that you're the better photographer, and then defeating him. If you're too late arriving to the Photographer's Pride scoop, Tad will be killed by Kent before you arrive.

Simone Ravendark

• Location: Players, Paradise Plaza

• Case/Scoop: A Woman In Despair

Simone won't join your party unless you've learned that Isabela is a medical technician, in Case 6-1: Santa Cabeza. The Simone The Gunslinger scoop will come through from Otis later in the game. If you go for Saint, you may only have Simone or Barnaby. If you stop before 6-1 you keep Barnaby, but if you keep playing Barnaby will die and you will be able to keep Simone.
Otis will call you at 7:00pm and you will get the "Simone The Gunslinger" Scoop ; Simone will just ask for a gun.

Thank you. I used this for the new DRDR remaster and everything is still 100% the same (minus the erotica snapshots due to the PC culture). One thing I would stress is keep multiple save files and watch out for the betrayals. I got the Ronald Appetite scoop on my way back with a group of survivors to the security room and because I didn't immediately do it, I ended up failing it and losing survivors just like that.
