Damage popup

This mutator adds damage messages that pop out of monsters as you wound them.

It is a port from UT2004 mutator "saDamagePopup" by an unknown author.
To use, add mutator "Damagepopup" from the list.

I've modified the color of the messages to vary with the damage amount, optimized some of the networking and fixed a memory leak with the original mod.

I originally made and posted this mutator on workshop on 25.10.2012, but due to the workshop bug it wasn't accessable to the public, so I finally reuploaded it now.
