Punching the Sun with Damien

Just a little walkthrough with a few ways on how to punch the sun with everyones favourite prince of hell.

Here we go....

So, to get started, know that the easiest way to get this is to boost your bold stat pretty consistently, and then throw some points towards either charm or creativity as a secondary stat, then either smarts or fun for your third.

These stat boosts can be gained depending on which answers you pick during the quiz, just make sure you select Damien's answer for the third question! (obviously)

As expected, you need to trigger the first event. (For some reason, this always occurred at the auditorium for me, and I played through this ending three consecutive times) (after publishing this guide, the number has gone up to seven, and I've gone through all the possible answers)

Here, Scott and Damien will be arm wrestling:
- Suggest punching the sun (Bold)
- The other answer will not unlock the "quest" to punch the sun...

Next, Damien asks how he will get to the sun:
- Check WikiHow (Smarts)
- Rent the school spaceship (Bold)

Third, confrontation with the coven:
- Convince them that the sun is the real big bad (Charm)
- Forge a prophecy (Creative)

Finally, motivate Damien to achieve his goals!:
- Surprise the sun by attacking at night (Fun)
- Check for answers on the internet (Smarts)

Now you're ready to ask Damien to prom! Enjoy!

The first time I triggered it was in the gym, and it was the first event that took place in the game (I got super lucky XP)
I'm trying to get it again but the even won't pop up and it's been days. TBH I wouldn't be going after it again in the first place if I didn't lose connection with my friend. uu, someone had joined our discord call and the lag made the connection break. I was at the third event too!
I've been trying the "get Damien/Scott points" thing but I keep coming up with the Pocket Humans events. Is there another way to trigger this event??

Easiest way to make it trigger if you have the dlc is to pick the scott and damien options during the quiz, that way you're guaranteed an interaction between the two

It triggered for me on the second day in the bathrooms. I think it's just triggered by RNG. :)

It seems as though the event really is best triggered when going to the auditorium.
I went only to the auditorium, and got the initial event on just first or second week.

In terms of randomness, for the first week after the F*cking Hot Update, it was the only event that would trigger upon spending my first turn in the auditorium. However, I assume that it will be like most of the other secret endings, where the first event is triggered by RNG and there's really no way to make it happen intnentionally.
