Initial Levels for Unlockable Characters

Hello. Just like what I did for Re;Birth 1, I'll be showing you what levels the characters start off with and when they'll be unlocked at in this game for those who prefer to balance out their characters like me.

1. Nepgear - Level 1 - Default
   
2. Compa - Level 1 - Default
   
3. IF - Level 1 - Default
   
4. Uni - Level 10 - Lastation story event before unlocking Rebeat Resort /Rejoin: Level 38 - Before fighting CFW Brave in Endless Zone
   
5. RED - Level 11 - Virtua Forest - Depths after beating Ancient Dragon and before fighting 3 M-3 Customs
   
6. Broccoli - Level 23 - Lowee story event after getting the Rare Metal and Datanim in World Labyrinth and Lowee Global Expo
   
7. 5pb. - Level 28 - 2nd Leanbox story event at the end of chapter 2 after beating Underling and Warechu in Underverse
   
8. Cave - Level 28 - Leanbox event, Cave after unlocking Severed Dimension
   
9. Rom & Ram - Level 36 - Lowee story event after beating Rom & Ram and CFW Trick in Atari Marsh
   
10. Falcom - Level 37 - Lastation event, Falcom after Lastation story event and recruiting Rom and Ram
    
11. Neptune - Level 40 - After scripted loss against CFW Magic
    
12. CyberConnect2 - Level 37 - Gather 30% Lastation shares and view Lastation event in Chapter 4 or over
    
13. Tekken - Level 37 - Gather 30% Leanbox shares and view Leanbox event in Chapter 4 or over
    
14. MarvelousAQL - Level 37 - Gather 30% Lowee shares and view Lowee event in Chapter 4 or over
    
15. Noire - Level 40 - Gather 50% Lastation shares and view Lastation event after recruiting Neptune
    
16. Blanc - Level 40 - Gather 50% Lowee shares and view Lowee event after recruiting Neptune
    
17. Vert - Level 40 - Gather 50% Leanbox shares and view Leanbox event after recruiting Neptune
    
18. Histoire - Level 44 - Gather 50% Planeptune shares to unlock plan, "Histoire Introduced", create it, and view Planeptune event in Chapter 6 or over (View Planeptune event in Chapter 6 or over at New Game Plus after unlocking her)
    
19. Kei - Level 44 - Gather 50% Lastation shares to unlock plan, "Kei Introduced", create it, and view Lastation event in Chapter 6 or over (Only works in true ending; View Lastation event in Chapter 6 or over at New Game Plus after unlocking her)
    
20. Mina - Level 44 - Gather 50% Lowee shares to unlock plan, "Mina Introduced", create it, and view Lowee event in Chapter 6 or over (View Lowee event in Chapter 6 or over at New Game Plus after unlocking her)
    
21. Chika - Level 44 - Gather 50% Leanbox shares to unlock plan, "Chika Introduced", create it, and view Leanbox event in Chapter 6 or over (View Leanbox event in Chapter 6 or over at New Game Plus after unlocking her)
