Hello all together ! :)

My current upload is al litte bit different compared to the others... but I guess,
you`ve already seen that. ;)

As you can see, its just an ugly and boring office building ... ;)


About the building:

There is (was) a role model for this asset, the so called "Bonn Center". The complex
was build in the late sixties and finally blown up in 2017. Despite the fact that it really
was ugly, it had one really nice particularity on its roof: a huge shiny mercedes star.
And I am really missing that special "landmark" in the city.

About the model:

The model consists of one main building and a sub building. Both together have
about 5000 tris. The lods are both unter 100 tris. There is also a door prop within
the download.

The pops which I marked as dependencies are just beautification. Everything works
fine without them and you can of coures also chooce other ones from the workshop.
But, I made them esspecially for this building and it would loose some charme, if
you would leave them out ... ;)


Thats it for now ... It took me half the day to put everything together and the
asset editor wasnt `t my friend while I was doing that... and now I am tired...


Known issues:

The textures are not the best, I am sorry for that. But I had to rely on pictures from
the internet (with bad resolutions) because I wanted to have the unique look of the
fassade.

@StayHungryStayFoolish Hi, I don't know what's going on at your end, but everything is totally ok with the assets. I've checked it twice ... in a heavily modded game and in my almost vanilla environment. No issues ...

Cool to have a building which I have seen hundreds of times. I used to go bowling there, since it was (the only) bowling center in the centre of Bonn. I was even there for the blow up. The street next to the tracks was full of people that morning. :D

Genau wie in Berlin am Europa-Center hat sich Mercedes einfach die höchsten, wenn auch hässlichen Gebäude ausgesucht, um ihren Stern draufzustellen. :) Super Asset übrigens.

Thank you SO MUCH for making the star optional. This is such an ugly generic building which makes it very flexible for all sorts of uses, the star, while distinctive in real life, greatly limits that flexibility. I often see very interesting buildings on the workshop but have some huge visible logo that greatly narrows down its setting and use.
