Unverified. Create a shortcut to the game executable and add a -dev to the target line (for example: "C:Program FilesTHQ ... whmoc.exe" -dev). Boot the game using that shortcut and press CTRL + SHIFT + tilde key (next to numeric one on US keyboards, it is on the right side for PAL/EURO keyboards) to toggle the developer console.

It's cheating time!

So the population limit is 125 if I use this cheat will I be able to bypass the default capacity? I'm trying to play around in skirmish mode decoration the roads.

Rebels - You could probably refer to the settings, I don't know exactly how to change controls

I know exactly where the settings are. They are in keydefaults.lua archived in Data.sga. I could figure out how to change them via the console if you tell me how you discovered the commands in your original post.
