How to sell a house to the pink haired Gordio Shanua !

We hate pink stuff :-)

Buy the "Pink Kingdom" house for ~ 120.000$ and sell all the pink stuff in the big living room with integrated kitchen except the Television and you will get the achievement within 1 minute ^^

edit cause of patch: Since update you maybe have to sell all the stuff in bedroom, too, but not the wardrobe, cause he likes it. Something changed in patch. But still works with selling pink stuff.

I had to continue on to the bathroom and garage as well.. might change periodically or from person to person,, so just keep an eye out when he jumps to the top and sell.. just sayin

It's nice to know about the easy ways to get the acheivements, but I hate to sell an unfinished house. I would like it if the Devs would work on more specific requirements for buyers or do something that doesn't leave us resorting to the "quick easy" ways to sell to them to get the acheivements.

you didnt create this and i highly doubt your the first person to do this anyway.
