Due to increased space travel to the planet Mars, the Foundation has begun to have difficulties with monitoring anomalies on the planet's surface. Foundation forces embedded in national, international, and private space organizations report a rapid increase in traffic to Mars with the intent of [REDACTED]. In response, O5 Council members O5-█, O5-██, and O5-██ have agreed to the necessity of creating a containment site on the planet Mars to monitor SCP-1565, SCP-3641, and SCP-3098-1 along with the activities of space organizations outside of direct Foundation control.

You will be granted the role of MTF Commander and your task will be to scout a secure landing location. Then utilize the Foundation’s assets to create a base, allowing the survival of Foundation personnel and resource collection of ‘Rare Metals’ to be shipped back to Earth-based Foundation locations.
