"The Neurotenic Utahraptor Is much leaner and smarter than its original counterpart. Like the Original, the Neuro Raptor is armed with razor sharp claws on its hands and feet. The Neurotenic strain has given this creature some pretty nasty abilities. It is extremely flexible allowing it to squeeze into confined areas with little trouble. This creature can also release an electromagnetic wave that causes creatures with in (Once again, undetermined radius) to hallucinate. Like other Neuros, this raptor can astral project and communicate with all species of creature in The Isle. This was painted in Photoshop CC and took roughly 12 hours to complete.
