Basically a guide on how to get the achievement by playing alone

Walkthrough

Before you start the mission,equip trip mines. Play normally until you find Garrett's office. Now wait for the lure. If the lure is a call or email restart the game! If locke tells you to lure Garrett by turning off the lights in his room,continue playing. Before you sabotage the lights,place trip mines below the circuit box. There are two possible circuit boxes. The one is on the right wing of the map as seen on the picture below



and the other one on the left wing of the map like that


After placing the mines and turning off the lights,run to Garretts office and mark him by hand. Alternativelly you can place a trip mine outside his door before turning off the lights. Follow him until he reaches the circuit box where he will stop walking. From now on the mines will automatically mark him for us. Disable the security boxes and head to Garrett's office. Search for the safe and put the correct code. Once you unlock the safe,the achievement will unlock. If you still need help,check out my video walkthrough! Thx

@ArdaTheDeadLy pretty much the same stratergy, play it a couple times to find out the two main chokespots in the 2nd area (office area in one side) and the long hallway in the other one. Use trip mines a lot. Do it solo or at least with friends that are slightly competant. Camera guy is very helpful to take out if you're not doing any other special challenge - along with as many patrolling guards as you can. Also a randomly patrolling guard comes after you kill any guard, but none after that so you should use one of your pagers on him if you're killing as many as you can.

I recommend grabbing High Value Target aced. You can then mine the whole side, and you'll pretty much always know where each of the guards is, and it'll be much easier for you to quickly do it. Then, you won't have to restart - just remember to every 10-15 seconds run towards Garett and mark him again. That's how I did it. Besides, High Value Target is overall great for stealth.
