Introduction and Preliminary Info
**Important** If you do not have The Lost Heir 2: Forging a Kingdom save from following my game 2 guide, you likely won’t be able to follow this one. Check game 2 ending stats to see if they’re similar to yours or follow the link to my first guide and play through the game using that. Also, remember these games are meant to be replayed. If you want answers to questions the game raises or want to take a different approach, by all means play it again.

  • Choose - allow the rage to build. We won’t pass the other choices.
  • Choose - finger painting. It’s important to try and build up some of our lower stats for later, which is why we’re choosing this one.
  • In the finger painting dream, choose whatever response you want. (endurance +7 : 48)
  • Regain your lost stats. Choose whatever you like until you must decide how to protect yourself.
  • Choose - cast a protection spell at night. (magic +2 : 100)
Act 3

  • Choose - hello ambrose how did you do that with the cards?
  • Choose - why are you charging so much for it? (charm +2 : 100)

Act 4
  • Explore all of the dialogue.
  • Choose any option but the last one. We want K to go with their half-elven lover for the achievement. I’m not jealous. I swear. (K +3 : 100)
  • Choose - begin deciphering the book in the morning. (arcana +5 : 99)
  • Choose - sell the book of fate manipulation. (gold +250 : 772)
  • Choose - develop my diplomacy and persuasion skills. This is for the Siren class. While you can take a 2nd lvl in Seer or a 3rd lvl in Druid, I can’t guarantee that you’ll pass later stat checks. Druid lvl 4 has a lot more helpful opportunities if you didn’t go Seer in game 2. Otherwise, becoming a Siren is very useful.
  • Choose - what are you talking about- or -what’s a siren- to unlock the class.
  • Choose - yes teach me to be a Siren. (magic +15 : 100) (endurance +10 : 60) (perception +15 : 100)
  • Your investment pays off. (gold +600 : 1,372)

  • Choose - ask lacey what kind of magic she knows.
  • Choose - show her the boots I stole. Learn about the mystic artifact Boots of Travel.
  • Choose - hey bran do nobles know how to dance?
  • Choose - dance with T. For kicks. Just imagine it. (T +5 : 100)
  • Choose - sit next to P (or S). Choose non-romantic options, we’re just talking for flavor text.
  • DO NOT tell B to leave or he won’t start a romance with Lacey.
  • Feel free to listen to music and dance with the group. You can also drink. Once is fine. Twice T passes out.
  • Any other choices cause people to leave.
  • Choose - stay at campfire - OR -thank the travellers- to end the night. I choose to return. I have a kid, bruh.

  • Choose - cast a spell to freeze the flying demon in ice. (magic +2 : 100) (demon health -50 : 50)
  • Choose - draw my dagger. The magic option will fail automatically.
  • Choose - use Boots of Travel.
  • Choose - conjure handfuls of fire. (magic +2 : 100)
  • Say whatever you like to B about Lacey.
Act 5
  • Several options for success here. Gem of Seeing and Seer work instantly. Asking “who’s there?” leads to more options. From there you can say they’re bluffing, ask them to let you go, or use Siren option. I chose the Siren option.
  • Speak to harbour master, B, commander (choose whatever here), and Lord of the Treasury.
  • Choose - guards stand behind me. (citizen rep +5 : 100) (citizen fear -5 : 0)
  • Choose whichever dialogue about the captains you want. Then any response to what they say.
  • Choose whatever when you meet the half-orc captain and after seeing her ship.
  • Choose whatever you like with Naistalan.
  • Greet Dura however you like.
  • Choose - using my Siren skills. Not today, ♥♥♥♥♥. (Tovor +10 : 84)
  • Choose - say nothing and allow. (adopted child +10 : 100)
  • Choose - good to hear.
  • You can watch or lead the battle, no difference.
  • Choose - greet lacey.
  • Choose - agree to allow the tournament.
  • Choose - sign the sheet to allow. (adopted child +5 : 100)
  • It is very difficult to win the tournament due to random rolls not dependent on stats. Although you have a better chance if you have very high skills and more than one high combat skill. Because this build hinges on mostly magic for combat, we’re already at a disadvantage. Also, you have to choose a combat stat you’re using for each event and using the same one repeatedly gives you a penalty to your win chance. Feel free to sign up or skip it, but I don’t have a 100% strategy for winning and can’t really guide you because of the random event order and rolls.
  • Choose whoever you want to marry you and T. I chose Naistalan.
  • Choose - I will. (T +30 : 100)
  • Choose however you want to kiss.
  • Gain Love is in the Air achievement for setting up your companions with their own lovers.
  • Choose -Seer enter a vision- OR -examine the nursery. You can also hire trackers and then use Siren to get them to work for free. I chose the vision option.
  • Choose - put them on trial. (citizen rep +10 : 100)
  • Choose - yes that is a good idea. (citizen rep +10 : 100) (history +10 : 55)
  • Choose - go swimming in an hour. (citizen rep +3 : 100) (citizen fear -3 : 0)
  • Choose - answers for a price- OR -freely give information. You get 350g for demanding money or citizen rep doing it for free. The way I see it, the farms being able to do well would only benefit the kingdom. And I’m too nice and don’t need the extra money so I chose to do it for free. (citizen rep +15 : 100)
Act 6
  • Four new stats here: ship morale (70), water, food, and provisions (100), ship health (100) and crew size (25). Crew size is 32 but you, your companions, and Dura can’t be lost randomly. So crew size starts at 25 when it shows up in game text. I’ll refer to water/food/provisions stat as just provisions.
  • Lose provisions for your mounts. Apparently the dire crocodile is supposed to swim alongside the ship and give morale up but that didn’t happen. (provisions -5 : 95)
  • Choose - what is the black shark - for info.
  • Choose - cast a fireball. (magic +3 : 100) (Black Shark Health -25 : 75)
  • We don’t have the stats to successfully duck. Standing out in the open gives us crew morale boost (but we’re already at max). Either way you take damage. (health -35 : 65)
  • Automatically lose a crew member. (crew -1 : 24)
  • Choose - jump into the water and turn into a fish. (Funny enough, only lvl 3 druids and up are supposed to be able to shapechange but I guess we can do it briefly) The magic option fails automatically.
  • Choose - swim to black shark and change back.
  • Choose - dispel whatever the wizard is about to cast. (magic +3 :100) (health -35 : 30)
  • Epiphany automatically loses health. (ship health -25 : 75)
  • Choose - blast the crew with fiery explosion. (magic +3 : 100)
  • Choose - cast meteor storm. (Black Shark Health -50 : 25)
  • Black Shark automatically takes damage. You lose 3 more crew members. (Black Shark Health -25 : 0) (crew size -3 : 21)
  • Choose - attempt to dispel. (magic +3 : 100)
  • Choose - help the injured best I can. (crew size -3 : 18) (nature +2 : 100) (crew morale -5 : 65)
  • Any option to get the winds moving doesn’t matter. But I choose cast a spell for rp. (arcana +2 : 100) (nature +2 :100)
  • Choose - three cheers for Dura! (crew morale +3 : 68)
  • Automatically lose provisions. (provisions -40 :55)
Act 7
  • Choose - throw my dagger. This isn’t a check and we might as well raise blades since magic is max. (blades +2 : 13)
  • Choose to break the chains however you like.
  • Choose whatever to learn more about the merpeople.
  • Choose - cast a spell. (magic +3 :100)
  • Choose whatever when you meet the imprisoned mer.
  • Choose - reply honestly and say you have a deal.
  • Choose -cast a spell to freeze- OR -encourage coral to grow.
  • Choose -ignore the metal sphere and rush towards Life Crystal.
  • Choose - cast a spell to freeze. Saying “stop!” gives you a choice to betray the imprisoned mer or refuse, to which you’ll be brought back to these choices. (health -50 : 50) (magic +2 :100)
  • Choose - smash the Life Crystal.
  • Choose - tell them who I am.
  • Choose - ask the mer to bring down the rest of your crew. (crew morale +10: 78) (T +5 : 100) (G +5 :92) (K +5 : 100) (B +5 : 86)
  • Automatically gain several stat boosts. (nature +3 :100) (arcana +3 :100) (religion +3 :39) (geography +3 :49) (history +3 :58)
  • Automatically refill provisions and gain crew morale. (provisions refilled :100) (crew morale +10 :88)
  • Choose whatever you like when speaking with T.
  • B and K have a fishing disagreement. I chose to side with B and took a hit with K’s relationship. However the game keeps a backlog of your stats even though it only shows 100. So instead of losing the full 10, I lost only 2 with K. Yours may differ a bit depending on which random companion dialogues you got in game 2. (K -10 :98) (B +10 :96)
Act 8
  • Automatically lose provisions. (provisions -60 :40)
  • Choose - anchor next to tree-filled shore.
  • Choose whatever you want until we get to the monkey encounter.
  • Choose -shoo the creature away. Because we already have a companion from the previous game, the monkey won’t join us if we feed it.
  • Choose - call to the animals then kill. :( (nature +2 :100) (magic +2 :100)
  • Automatically gain arcana. (arcana +3 :100)
  • You can drop your weapons or ignore the command.

  • Choose -search for a vision- OR -gem of seeing- OR -allow Karla- OR -search for tracks myself. I chose the vision. (perception +2 :100)
  • Choose -jump out of the way. While any option works here, we want the agility from jumping. (agility +2 :33)
  • Choose any option when meeting the natives for the first time. I chose to shoot the shaman. (magic +2 :100)
  • Choose -run forward and scale. (strength +2 :28) (agility +2 :35)
  • Choose -cast a spell to push. (magic +2 :100)
  • Choose whatever you want until you choose whether to take Jadarra with you or not.
  • Choose -take the warriors and Jadarra with us.
  • Choose -calm the birds. (nature +2 :100)
  • Choose -boldly walk up to guards. (stealth +3 :59)
  • Choose -kill him in his sleep with blade. (blades +2 :15)
  • Choose -cast a spell to send flames. (magic +2 :100)
  • When you get back to Jadarra’s tribe, say whatever you want.
  • Say whatever you want to the Oracle. I chose to tell her about the Demon War and then say I’ve come for the Demonblade.
  • Choose -oracle can you open the way- then -yes. We will fail the others.
  • Choose - knock the flower petals free.
  • Say whatever you like to the new voice.
  • Feel free to talk about the following: Bla’karr, Who are you?, Are you Som’Reth?, and was O’kall a summoner too?.
  • Choose - Take the ruby pendant. This is very important for us later. (health -50 :50)
  • Choose -allow the belt of speed. The Seer option needs lvl 2 so we will fail.
  • Choose whatever you want until we get our extra treasure.
  • Automatically gain stat boosts for the Pendant of Life we stole. (agility +5 :40) (endurance +5 :65) (perception +5 :100) (strength +5 :33)
  • Ask the hiding crewmember whatever.
  • Automatically gain provisions. (provisions +40 :80)
  • Choose -tell Dura to get ready to fight the monster. We will fail trying to run with our stats.
  • Choose -use my Boots of Travel.
  • Choose -cast a spell. I feel kinda bad honestly, lol. (magic +3 :100) (crew morale +5 :93) The text incorrectly says army morale.
Act 9
  • Choose -help the sailors fish. (nature +2 :100) (perception +2 :100) (provisions +20 :100)
  • Choose -as a druid summon fishes. Get an extra 10 provisions since we’re at max.
  • Choose -continue sailing.
  • Automatically lose provisions. (provisions -60 :50)
  • Choose -store the extra food.
  • Choose whatever dialogue with the summoners until you need to escape.
  • Choose -cast a spell. (magic +3 :100)
  • Automatically lose ship health. (ship health -25 :75)
  • Choose whatever to deal with the longboat enemies.
  • Choose whatever until we get to appointing titles.
  • Automatically gain citizen rep and T up. (citizen rep +15 :100) (T +15 :100)
  • For appointing people to certain positions, you can choose who you like. I’ll be listing my choices.
  • I name Naistalan as Royal Wizard. (religion +5 :44)
  • I proclaim that soulburning isn’t inherently evil. (citizen rep -10 :100)
  • I announce the presence and citizenship of the gnomes. This gives us help later. (citizen rep -5 :100)
  • I proclaim the half-orcs full citizens. This gives us help later. With Dura alive, we don’t take a citizen rep hit.
  • I leave 200g each to B, K, and G to max their relationship. Then I leave 400g to my army (bonuses later and to make up for cutting the military budget in game 2 lol). I keep the rest because I don’t like being broke, even though we won’t need it. I figure my family (adopted child included) will have enough with their royal and prestigious positions. (B +15 :100) (K +15 :100) (G +15 :100) (gold -1000 :372)
  • I state that the Consortium and all citizens must abide by the rules that only Academy-trained summoners can practice demon-summoning legally. (citizen rep +5 :100)
Act 10
  • New stat humanity (100). If it reaches 0 you get a bad end.
  • Automatically lose humanity. (humanity -5 :95)
  • Choose - jump into the air. (humanity -20 :75)
  • Choose - as a Siren command.
  • Choose whatever you like when you meet the man and until you’re in combat again.
  • Choose - cast a spell to freeze.

  • Choose -cast a spell to collapse. (perception +2 :100) (magic +2 :100)
  • Any method to get rid of Bozar works. I chose the dagger method. (blades +2 :17)
  • Choose -say nothing and force myself to return. You’re allowed two questions before the plot sends you back but this whole thing is just the man trying to stall.
  • Choose -look behind me- OR -as a siren command. I chose look behind me.
  • Choose -cast a spell- OR -wait for the demon. The Seer option requires lvl2. I chose to cast a spell. (arcana +2 :100)
  • I chose to give my stone to T but you can choose anyone.
  • Choose -get your adopted child- OR -tend to wounds using bandages. I chose to tend to the wounds with bandages. The T down you get for this is stupid. Obviously it saved their life and wasn’t romantic, get a grip. (T -2 :100)

Thanks for reading! I hope someone found this helpful. I checked this a few times for accuracy, so hopefully I didn’t miss anything. If you followed the guide perfectly and ending up failing a stat check that you were supposed to pass, let me know and I’ll try to see what’s up.
