It looks like qmodmanager is not valid for later versions of the game, only the legacy version sadly. :(

Hello! Yes, it appears he's changed the installation nowadays to use a simple unzip. So it's not all wrong, but yes since he suddenly made such a big change it does impact installation. Unzipping IS generally better tho than forcing an executable install!

This is all wrong.....outdated. QModManager 4 doesn't have any 'install' option or exe to 'automatically' install it. Maybe a written out tutorial on properly installing version 4 with Legacy version (pre--2.0 version) should be added to this guide?

In general, I would say yes. I started without mods, added some towards the latter half, and finished with mods and ended up unlocking all achievements during the run... including the end game ones when I had mods :)

Maybe there are some mods that prevent it, but at least none of the ones I tested using Qmods :)
