Thanks for the comment! If you are looking for a mod that just adjusts potions weights, there are some alternatives: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=7520 is what I used before making this mod, but that particular one gives every potion the same weight, and doesn't touch any names.
The problem is, any mod that alters an item will overwrite changes made by another mod, depending on the load order, so I'm trying to include all the potion and poison changes that I like into one mod.

If you would just do the weights, that would be great. There are already plenty of sorting options out there :)

Version 3 released--I got rid of the annoying 'Potion of/Poison of' label for crafted items.
