UNLOCK CHARACTERS & COSTUMES: Mercenaries gamemode

A quick guide on the requirements of unlocking ALL the characters and costumes in the Mercenaries gamemode. Note: No Mercy mercenaries will not unlock anything but stages for No Mercy.

How to Unlock Costumes & Characters

Nearly all characters in Mercenaries have 4 different costumes:

• Default: unlocked by having the character.
  
  
• EX1: unlocked by beating any stage with Rank A or higher with the character.
  
  
• EX2: unlocking by spending 60,000 RE Points on https://www.residentevil.net. RE Points are earned via Web Badges & Web Medals by playing the game. These costumes are just simple recolored EX1 costumes, thus they have the same weapons.
  
  
• EX3: Retro costumes, unlocked on https://www.residentevil.net with tickets. These costumes have the same weapons loadouts as EX1 and EX2 suits. Tickets are earned by taking part in certain events which are listed on the website, tagged with

To register on RE.net follow this[www.residentevil.net] guide on their website. You should also enable Auto Data Upload in options inside the game. EX2 costumes are under the 'Unlockalbe Items' tab. EX3 are under the 'EX item list' tab.

Costumes in the pictures are as follows: EX1, EX2, EX3.

Leon S. Kennedy:

• Unlocked by Default
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Leon with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Helena Harper:

• Default: Unlocked by beating Urban Chaos stage with any character, with Rank B or higher.
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Helena with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Chris Redfield:

• Unlocked by Default
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Chris with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Piers Nivans:

• Default: Unlocked by beating Steel Beast stage with any character, with Rank B or higher.
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Piers with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Jake Muller:

• Unlocked by Default
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Jake with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Sherry Birkin:

• Default: Unlocked by beating Mining the Depths stage with any character, with Rank B or higher.
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Sherry with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Ada Wong:

• Default: Unlocked by completing Ada's Campaign.
  
• EX1: Beat any stage using Default Ada with Rank A or higher.
  
• EX2: Unlocked on RE.net with 60,000 RE Points.
  
• EX3: Unlocked on RE.net by using a ticket earned in an event.

Agent:

• Unlocked by Default.
  
• No extra costumes.

Carla Radames:

• Opens only when all other characters and their EX1 costumes have been unlocked.
  
• No extra costumes.

So, how are you supposed to get the EX2 costumes as well, while you already have an account from steam? I mean, it does not make quite the sense here. An example is that I did bought the game from "STEAM" and I understand that for unlocking EX1 just have to play and reach A or S rank with any character but EX2 says gonna need spend 60000 RE and to get them on their site... So 1)am I supposed to create a new account on RE.net and if so, how will the game from steam be connected with RE.net to be able to get the points or 2)By the time you buy the game on steam your informations will also be automatically be assigned as another account to RE.net? Any answear would be appreciated.

Capcom has not stopped running the online events. They still have ongoing events for Resident Evil 6, Revelations, and Revelations 2. In fact, there's an EX3 costume unlock event taking place right now.
