Picking and Inserting the Music You Love
This is my first guide, enjoy!

So first of all, you need to pick the music that gets you pumped. There are several ways to store music files, but the easiest is iTunes.

If you have iTunes installed than Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will accept MP4 files.

So, in the example image I choose the band Green Day:

When you gather all of your songs, you're going to want to highlight / select them all by clicking the top song and then pressing, CTRL+SHIFT+A, which will highlight all of the songs:

So after you select the songs you want you'll be dragging or copy and pasting them to this folder, C:\Users\(Your Computer Name)\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks:

Enabling Music In-Game
So, now that you've got your Anti-Busta music in your folder, you can enable it in-game!

First what you're going to do is open up San Andreas.

Second, you have to go to the Options menu.

Third, in the Options menu, you then click Audio Settings , now you click User-Track Settings , lastly you click Scan User Tracks.
End Result
That's pretty much it, you then go to the User-Made Track radio station in vehicles and you're good to go! Beware though, there are still commercials in the radio :/

Thanks for reading!

that is true the songs are on itunes...but i also found the songs in the following 2 locations:

location 1----all the music for some gta games is a WAV file---that is the first thing

the 2nd choice you have is to "LOOK" for litteraly 'every song'...........and then save it to your computer!!!! now when you load gta, have gta scan for your music..and BINGO---gta music ( like bounce, is on your computer AS MP3 FILES........AND W/O ADs :)

@Panda Racism - Eh.. Not really sure. But, just try verifying the integrity of your game cache or reinstalling it after you backup your save.
