@b4ry People are fine with complex games, but the thing is is this game and the rest of paradox games is they do not explain the game well at all, Im fine with trying to learn this game but the 3 hours ive put in, i cant tell if its RNG or just that one of the system is broken on my play style, but either way it has made me really wanting to come back to the game, But ive got a buddy who enjoys the game so ill keep on tryin

We have to be aware that such games will not draw many people ever again. It could be quite easier like 20 years ago but apparently people got dumber recently so they don't enjoy a bit more complicated systems.

Still the community, although small has really developed into something really great. Look at all the tournaments, discords, and youtubers, pretty cool for such a niche game. I really don't have much trouble finding a match, or even folks to debate decks and tactics with. At the end of the day I'm really happy with a good cult following over a bigger and more cancerous audience. As long as the Eugene guys are getting some slices of pie I'm good with what we have.

That said Ive had some really interesting discussions and debates about it with quite a number of people. Must of which I've had on a couple of the discord channels like vulcan's and the steel division tourny channel, and a few as private messages. I've been pretty happy with the feedback and debate that I've gotten from the survey. Sure I'd love the game to have a bigger following, mostly because I think it's a flawed masterpiece, already one of my all time favorites, and also because I want Eugene to be rewarded and continue following this path.

Maybe, but I think alot of people just looked at the order I put up in the discussion thread. I figured most people would just be interested in the order, but I wanted to provide the data so that the ranking had some credibility, and it couldn't be accused of being doctored by my own opinion. I personally think the data is really interesting because if you look through it you'll see how different peoples views are. I mean the SSB had 2 votes as the best allied division and 4 votes for second, and it was DEAD last in the ranking. But I know must people just want to see a ranking and thats enough as long as its transparent.

The amount of views this 'guide' has really shows the sad lack of interest in this game. Which is a shame, as this game is very well-made.

Haha since it's come out I've been playing up the list from the bottom
