A compilation of all my RHS-only United States Special Operations Units. This all in one package includes: US Army 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (1st SFOD-D/Delta Force), US Army 75th Ranger Regiment, US Army 75th Ranger Regiment's Regimental Reconnaissance Company, US Army Special Forces, US MARSOC Marine Raider Regiment, US Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NSWDG/DEVGRU), and the United States Air Force 24th Special Tactics Squadron. SOCOM is the Unified Combatant Command charged with overseeing the various Special Operations Component Commands of the United States Armed Forces.

This mod comes with several factions inspired by the above units in AOR1, AOR2, M81 Woodland, Desert Triger Stripe, Khaki, Khaki/Multicam, MARPAT Desert, Multicam and Universal Camouflage Pattern. Depending on the unit, the factions are armed with M4A1, M4A1 Block II, Mk18 and HK416 rifles in various configurations with the M9 Beretta or Glock 17 as sidearm. Other specialized troops carry the M14, M24, M40A5, M107, M240, M249, M2010, and the Mk11. Some troops have vanilla laser designator and UAV terminal, and they also have a single IR Grenade in addition to first aid kits, flashbangs, grenades, smoke grenades, and lightsticks, and in the case of the USAF 24th STS they have access to deployable satellite control console and BluFor Transponders. Each faction have several anti-tank troops armed with the FGM-148 Javelin, M3 MAAWS, M136 AT4, and Mk 153 SMAW respectively, and finally each faction have a UAV Operator with the either the vanilla UAV or RHS' Raven UAV. There are also troops with sound suppressors on their primary weapons, ideal for recon and stealth. Operators from the 24th STS, Delta, DEVGRU and the Regimental Reconnaissance Company have the L3-GPNVG18 Panoramic Night Vision Goggles, while the other units have access to AN/PVS-14 and AN/PVS-15 NVGs.

There are a few Arma 3 vanilla vehicles present but named after their real world equivalent, and other vehicles are taken from RHS: USAF.

As of Version 1.1 I've made a complete rewrite of the configuration files to hopefully iron out some bugs, I'm fairly confident all class names are retained but if you encounter missing units make a comment so I try and fix it, so sorry for any inconvencience.

If used with the stand alone RHS factions you will have duplicates.

To use with ALiVE use the following class names with ALiVE modules, and pick the Motorized Infantry and Special Forces categories for ALiVE to draw forces from.

Class names:


Required addons: Community Based Addons, and Release 0.4.5: RHS: United States Armed Forces.
Required DLC: Marksmen DLC (if you intend to use the 24th STS' Combat Controller's Remote Designator).

ALiVE is not required.


A gratefull thank you two @War (wsxcgy on BI Forums) for letting me include his "WS MBAV Extension" in this mod. He retextured the RHS MBAV vests in Ranger Green and Multicam. The vests are included in his "Extra RHS Uniform Re-textures", but I felt there would be too many dependencies if I used that mod with the Ranger configuration files.

As of February 1, 2018, Road Runner's Arma 3 mods will cease to be available as his addon making is over, but he allowed anyone who wished to host his mods to do so. I double checked if I could use his mods with my factions and he allowed me to do that, so a big grateful thank you to Road Runner for allowing me to do that.

A gratefull thank you to Mr. H who allowed me to incorporate his MRH Satellite-mod with the faction which gives the player a deployable satellite backpack from where the player can access a satellite controle console. I give no support for the mod, and any questions should be directed to Mr. H. The Steam page for his mod where you can find further information on how to use the satellite is here:

I (GrizzlyBear83) will leave NO support for the mods sans my configuration files as I've not made the mods. There will be some clipping here and there with Road Runner's mods, but I did my best to use vests and helmets that offered little to no clipping. There will be clipping between the Glocks and the holsters on Road Runner's LBT 6094A vests.

@GCG | CorteX: so what mods do you have loaded? I tried with RHS and this mod and I placed down a 10 man squad and then a RHS Black Hawk in the editor, placed the squad inside and loaded into the game and I sat in the helicopter with the 9 other troops. No 3rd person POV.

noticed a bug that you cannot place units inside a helicopter, the games says they are inm it but they are no where to be sen inside, when the mission starts it just puts you in a 3rd person POV of the helicopter and you and your squadmates do not exist

Could be a conflict, yes. I only loaded the factions and the required mods, nothing else. I've never run somebody else's factions alongside my own so I can't say what can or cannot happen.

Just placed a random soldier via Zeus and took control over him, he had all the gear he was supposed to have. I'll update the config files with the latest version of ALiVE*s ORBAT tool soonish and maybe that will fix this.

Noticed an issue, don't know if everyone else has this problem but everytime I spawn down AI that are apart of this or your other modifications with Zeus, they have little to no ammunition for their rifles.
