And yes I know Wallpaper,but I am not really know how to make it being like a animated to move,I guess take the video mp4 file to achieve it

Are you aware of Wallpaper engine on Steam Is there any way shae or form to get this Video as a animated and singing background like some of the others their. I dont know what kind of permissions are required but It would be awesome.
