This is a link to a mod with female manequins. I'm sure if you spoke to the author of this mod, he would let you use his textures. He has a second mod that places these manequins in homes, but it doesn't apply to the Hearthfire housing options.

I'm sorry but this is imposible to do with CK tool. In game data there is no texture (and even skeleton) for female wooden head. Changing original mannequin to female makes its only a little smaller (no female shapes - I think in game it could be even not noticed) and head automatically changes to something more or less random. Any existing head data for female don't fit in my opinion to wooden body.
FOR MODDERS:
If you are into texture/skeletons creating feel free to use this mod and/or its idea to create wooden (or glass or whatever you want) mannequins, unless you are not going to charge a fee for your work.

make them wood and i will dl. your nords look like redgards also what half moon says its odd and creepy and vary disconcerting...otherwise yes its awsome
