After the Heart-to-Heart "Growing Up" event (located in the Leftherian Archipelago) where more is revealed about Poppi QT, and after reaching Chapter 8, the side quest Powered-Up Poppi is unlocked in Tora's house to upgrade Poppi QT to her third form Poppi QTπ. Out of all the three forms, Poppi QTπ is the tallest.

Poppi QTπ's full name is "Poppi Quantum Technochampion π". QTπ for short.

The Heart-to-Heart "Growing Up" is located on the eastern side of the Ansel Hatchery in Fonsett Waters of the Leftherian Archipelago.

"Powered-Up Poppi" can be started by Tatazo in Tora's House in Gormott, after reaching Chapter 8 and finishing the "Growing Up" Heart-to-Heart event.

Golden Cogs can be Salvaged from Temperantia. I used Golden Cylinders in this video in Temperantia, and it didn't take very long at all to get them all.

Cubic Diamonds can be found in Mor Ardain. Quick Travel to the Ruined Laborers' Bridge in Mor Ardain then Upper Level.

Ambler Stigmas can be found in the Land of Morytha, simply fast travel to the Great Wall Tunnel No. 8, then jump down to the area below. Gather the collection points, and there you go.

Genbu-Weave Cloth can be purchased at Boldarde Textiles in Tantal.

The first Blackboard event in Argentum will require Lv.5 Forestry.

The second Blackboard event in Argentum will require Lv.3 Ancient Wisdom.

The final boss in Argentum is a lv.50 big flying fish with about 2-3 million HP. It's a long fight. Not difficult. Just do the usual. Combos, Chains, blow it up.
