Immersive Waterwalking

REQUIRES DRAGONBORN DLC
Sure there are plenty of Waterwalking mods as it is, but they don't offer the full package. The aim of this mod is to include Waterwalking into Skyrim as naturally as any other spell.
FEATURES:
-Usable Waterwalking spell
-Visual casting effects based off of Waterbreathing for *prettiness*
-Added to leveled lists so you can actually find it laying around or buy it from a vendor like any other spell tome
-Includes Waterwalking scroll (also added to leveled lists)
TO DO:
-Make Ahzidal's boots of waterwalking disenchantable and make the enchantment properly enchantable

They will start appearing in vendor inventories and as random loot once you hit Alteration level 50, and the Scrolls much earlier. The magicka cost has been based off of Oblivion (So a little cheaper to cast than Waterbreathing). Alternatively, if you're lazy and like having everything handed to you, you can just open the console, type "help "spell tome: waterwalking"" and then "player.additem *Whatever the funky number is next to the spell tome*".
