E : Grope Right hand
Hold RMB+LMB(click) : Right hand Slap
Press mouse wheel click 2 times to control left grabby hand on mouse then press E and LMB to grope simultaneously

Kiss scene
You need to use grabby hand to grope boob*es fast to full heart gauge quickly then when its full you need to click Its hand to enter Kiss scene.

to those wondering how to do the tearing of clothes hold middle mouse and just drag (alot and i DO mean a lot) you can do so about 3-4 times max before being booted back to the main menu

I know it's been a while since you made this guide but I hope you still read this. I'm playing with mouse + keyboard and the tearing of clothes doesn't work because the "groping" with hitting the button "twice rapidly" is just squeezing very fast. I saw on several videos that the hands should move slower but all the videos are made with either an XBox or PS4 controller. Can you help?
