Arriving at Site 34
SCP0.828 was brought to Site 34 after there was a report of an unknown ocean animal swimming near a dock and attacking people who were in the water. One of the people that were on a small yacht ran over SCP 0.828 causing severe damage to SCP 0.828 rendering him unconscious and bleeding. A Foundation research ship was there when the incident happened and took SCP 0.828 to Site 34 on █/23/██. SCP 0.828 had to go through 10 surgeries and was gently placed in the containment tank where he sank to the bottom still asleep from the surgeries. Dr. Mike started to see SCP 0.828 wake up and try to move but was only able to move his left arm. SCP 0.828 started to show signs of distress and Dr. Mike tapped on the window to get SCP 0.828 attention. Dr. Mike wrote on a whiteboard saying relax you are safe now you just need to take it easy and recover. SCP 0.828 was seen looking around his containment tank and looking at all the fish swimming around the coral pillars and rocks. SCP 0.828 tried to swim but screamed in pain and started to drag himself with his left arm to one of the containment tank walls so he could sit up straight. SCP 0.828 then passed out again. Task 04 divers were getting ready to feed SCP 0.828 a special type of raw meat and inject him with his medication. For some unknown reason, SCP 0.828 tends to damage any tube he sees and tries to attack Task 04 divers when they come near him.

The image was taken by a Task 04 diver of the temporary containment tank where SCP 0.828 was kept. In the bottom left corner, you can see a Task 04 diver getting ready to feed SCP 0.828 and give him his meds.
Task 04 aka " The Divers"
Task 04 aka " The Divers" are only stationed here at Site 34. they are tasked with making sure SCP
0.828 does not escape or attack personnel in or near the containment tank. They also carry out medical, feeding, and containment tank inspections. They must also help SCP 0.828 swim due to his injuries as he is unable to swim and must learn how to swim again with the help of the Task 04 divers. Due to new protocols, Task 04 divers must wear all-black dive suits as the red color from the old suits makes SCP 0.828 go into a state of panic. Task 04 divers must also wear a special chain link long-sleeved shirt and pants as SCP 0.828 tends to bite a lot when feeding happens. Task 04 Divers must do diving tests every week in the practice tank to make sure they are always ready for anything. If a Task 04 diver does not pass the weekly test he will be dropped from the Task 04 dive team.

The image was taken by Dr. Hue of Task 04 SSG Mike as he is getting out of a training tank.
Medical, Feeding and Containment tank checks
Feeding must happen three times a day if SCP 0.828 does not want to eat then he must be force-fed through a feeding tube that is inserted into his nose and down his throat into his stomach. SCP 0.828 must be kept awake at all times during feeding. But before that can happen Task 04 divers must move SCP 0.828 to the shallow pool that is only 2 feet deep. While feeding happens Task 04 medical divers check on SCP 0.828's bandages and stitches to see if they need to be changed. While SCP 0.828 is kept in the shallow pool Task 04 diving engineers inspect the containment tank to see if everything is working well and to clean the corals and the sand that is on the bottom of the tank. The cleaning and inspecting of the containment tank happen every two weeks. A medical check happens once every week. When SCP 0.828 he being held by Task 04 divers in the shallow pool he tries to bite them so he can be left alone as SCP 0.828 does not like humans and tries to attack them on sight. When containment tank and medical checks happen SCP 0.828 must be heavily sedated to prevent him from attacking staff and to prevent him from escaping the shallow pool.

The image was taken by Dr. Mike of the shallow pool where SCP 0.828 is moved for feeding, medical, and containment tank checks.
SCP 0.828's New Containment Tank
Due to a new SCP that was going to arrive at Site 34 in a couple of days, SCP 0.828 was moved to his special containment tank which has a special filtration system. As SCP 0.828 was getting many life-threatening infections that required heavy medication. Sometimes SCP 0.828 would be very violent attacking anything that came near him or would start to harm himself. Task 04 personnel made a special artificial ship reck in SCP 0.828's containment tank. When SCP 0.828 would start to harm himself he would be placed in the ship and put under restraints for a certain amount of time. But since the water system was put in there have been no infections. For some unknown reason, SCP 0.828 would always be seen sleeping or hiding in the corners of his containment tank.

The image was taken by Task 04 Mike of one side of SCP 0.828's new containment tank.
Special Water Filtration Systems
Due to SCP 0.828's severe injuries, he was very prone to infections. Foundation engineers built a special filtration system in SCP 0.828's containment tank. It adds more air into the water and also adds SCP 0.828's medication in the water so divers don't always have to go inside SCP 0.828's containment tank to give him his medication. Foundation engineers had to put extra protection on the water filtration systems due to SCP 0.828's habit of damaging things that do not belong in his water containment tank. When SCP 0.828 would do this it would cause his wounds to open again, requiring medical staff to restitch and bandage new and old injuries. SCP 0.828 was given 2 rubber chew toys to prevent him from damaging parts of the water systems and also prevent him from harming himself.

The image was taken by Task 04 LT Mains while he was repairing the water filtration systems.

The Arrival of SCP 0.404
Before the SCP Foundation raided the GOI known as Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting one anomalous person escaped. That anomalous person goes by the name of Mr. Hubert, it is currently unknown how he escaped the night before the Foundation raid. Mr. Hubert was later found four days after the raid in an abandoned water park in a severe state of malnutrition. Task 33 aka " Transporters " brought a special containment truck that is used to transport water-dependent SCPs. Mr. Hubert now called SCP 0.404 was unresponsive requiring Task 33 personnel to revive him with a liquid that has high nutrients in it. Halfway through the trip SCP 0.404 wakes up in a state of panic and starts to thrash around in his containment transport tank. Task 33 medical officers had to pump medication with sedative effects into SCP 0.404's transport tank to calm him down.
SCP 0.404's Diet
Due to SCP 0.404's anomalous body system, the heavily depends on saltwater and eats a heavy diet of marine invertebrates including crabs, sea urchins, abalones, clams, mussels, and snails but its favorite food is dead tuna heads that are fresh and dripping with blood. He is to be fed 3 times a day as his metabolism is very high and is prone to malnutrition. SCP 0.404 has a tendency to throw food at people he sees. To prevent SCP 0.404 from throwing his food at personnel, he is to be left alone while eating, and no personnel is to be present while he is eating. SCP 0.404 eats 60% of his body weight.

The image was taken by medical Dr. Hans from the aquatic medical division of a bucket with SCP 0.404's food.
SCP 0.404's Main Containment Tank
SCP 0.404 was placed in the main containment tank when he first arrived at Site 34. Research personnel recorded what SCP 0.404 did. They saw SCP 0.404 look around in a state of curiosity and amazement. He even got out of the ocean tank and ran towards one of the researchers causing Task 04 staff to chase him before he could get to the researcher. Dr. Mick told Task 04 to stand down as SCP 0.404 was hugging Dr. Mick and thanking him for such a beautiful home. SCP 0.404's main containment tank was built to look like an ocean theater. When personnel takes pictures of SCP 0.404's ocean theater tank the name and logo must always be blurred on camera and photographs. The building shown in the picture of SCP 0.404's theater tank is where he goes to eat and get medical checks. At times he does not want to go into the feeding/ medical building requiring Task 04 divers to enter the tank with a net gun to carry him to the building. SCP 0.404 tends to get out of the tank and walk around his outer enclosure, due to his heavy dependency on saltwater and having gills he is only able to breathe underwater. Task 04 staff have to tell SCP 0.404 to get back in the water if SCP 0.404 does not comply Task 04 personnel have to grab SCP 0.404 and escort him back into the water. When SCP 0.404 gets out of the water he is only able to stay out of the water for a maximum of 3 minutes after those 3 minutes have passed he starts to gag and wheeze for water while falling on his knees and grabbing his neck with one hand while the other is on the floor.

The image was taken by the head of containment engineering LT. Dan, before SCP 0.404's arrival to site 34. The man in white in the picture is containment engineer SGT. Will who is taking closer pictures of the ocean containment theater.
Incident 0.404-2B Task 04 Capture Team
SCP 0.404 escaped Site 34 with the help of Dr. Kim on 3/▊/▊. It is still unknown how Dr. Kim helped SCP 0.404 escape as Dr. Kim disappeared after releasing SCP 0.404 into the ocean. The Task 04 aquatic capture and transport division was activated. Two vessels were dispatched in search of SCP 0.404. SCP 0.404 has a tracking implant so Task 04 personnel know where SCP 0.404 is at all times. Prior to escaping with Dr. Kim SCP 0.404 was acting very strange during the day, he never broke the surface of the water in his main containment tank. Task 04 divers had to be sent in to move SCP 0.404 to the feeding pool, SCP 0.404 became violent towards the divers requiring two of the 3 divers to hold his arms while the third put his arm around SCP 0.404's neck and lifted his head with his hand and applying pressure points with his other hand rendering SCP 0.404 in a docile state. During that process a Task 04 diver uses a pressure point that is under SCP 0.404's right side gill, this causes SCP 0.404 a great amount of pain until he falls asleep.

This is one of the two vessels that was dispatched in search of SCP 0.404. This vessel is used only by Task 04 personnel. They use this boat to scout the area to confirm if they have a visual on SCP 0.404. When they have a confirmation that SCP 0.404 is spotted they are to lower the dive cage with 2 divers in it making sure SCP 0.404 does not notice. They would then try to distract SCP 0.404 until the main capture ship arrives at their location.

The image was taken by Task 04 Capt Lin of the scouting ship.

This is the research capture and transport vessel that specializes in capturing and transporting SCPs that heavily depend on saltwater to survive. The only people allowed on or near the platform that goes into the ocean to capture SCP 0.404 are Task 04 divers. Task 04 personnel are specially trained to deal with saltwater SCPs. Due to SCP 0.404 erratic behavior Task 04, personnel is to wear a chain-link long-sleeve shirt. It is currently unknown why SCP 0.404 has the internal anatomy of a shark but yet the outside he is part scales and has webbed hands and big fins on his feet to make him swim fast.
Incident 0.404-2B Task 04 The Capture of SCP 0.404
SCP 0.404 was spotted sleeping in the water below the surface motionless. That allowed Task 04 personnel to capture SCP 0.404. SCP 0.404 slowly drifted onto the submerged platform still asleep but was seen twitching. Four Task 04 divers got in the water slowly and quietly one of the divers was recording SCP 0.404 with an underwater camera.

The image was taken by Dr. Crain of SCP 0.404 drifting onto the water platform while Task 04 PVT Rob on the right recorded SCP 0.404 with the camera underwater. Task 04 SGT Mike on the left holding onto the platform while waves hit him. SCP 0.404 has been blurred in this image and all images and film will not be used for research due to O5 orders.

Task 04 officers noticed that SCP 0.404 was swimming erratically while trying to escape the platform. Dr. Crain told Task 04 personnel to let SCP 0.404 swim a little bit while being filmed underwater. A Task 04 officer holds SCP 0.404's back fins to prevent him from trying to leave the submerged platform. Both Task 04 officers reported seeing blood coming from SCP 0.404's head but did not know where it was coming from. SCP 0.404 was seen in a state of panic as Task 04 personnel were trying to control him. SCP 0.404 almost bit one of, Task 04 divers while they were trying to put him under control so medical personnel could get on the platform. Task 04 divers had to hold SCP 0.404 and apply the pressure point to render him in a dormant state. Before personnel on the platform controls raise the submerged platform staff must put a tube that pumps saltwater into SCP 0.404's mouth so water can go through his gills as he cannot breathe without water. SCP 0.404 would cough out the tube requiring a Task 04 officer to hold it in place. They must also cover SCP 0.404's face with a wet black towel so he can not see.

The image was taken by Dr. Crian of Task PVT Max holding onto SCP 0.404's leg fins while Task 04 Trainee Clove records how SCP 0.404 moves in the water.
SCP 0.404's Full Body Medical
Once SCP 0.404 was asleep and had his constant water supply via that tube in his mouth the platform was raised. Task 04 medical officers climbed onto the platform and started to do a full body check to see if SCP 0.404 had any injuries. Medical personnel saw that SCP 0.404 has a very big laceration that starts from the left side corner of his mouth to the bottom part of his ear. When medical staff started to clean it SCP 0.404's left hand started moving to make Task 04 guards tell medical to back up for a bit so SCP 0.404 could calm down a bit. Task 04 SGT Mike held SCP 0.404's head while medical staff started to suture the wound as it was very deep and bleeding. While they did this it caused SCP 0.404 a lot of pain and was seen trying to move his head and his right arm but Task 04 personnel prevented him from moving. Task 04 staff made sure that SCP 0.404's eyes were always covered while he was being checked and moved to the temp transport tank that was onboard the research capture and transport vessel.

The image was taken by Marine Biologist Clare of the research capture and transport vessel with SCP 0.404 being checked on the platform. SCP 0.404 has been censored due to O5 orders.
SCP 0.404's Temp Holding Tank on-board the Research Capture and Transport Vessel
SCP 0.404 was moved to the temp holding tank on board the research capture transport vessel where he will stay for the next 7 days until they get to site 34. Due to SCP 0.404's erratic behavior, a Task 04 diver was placed in a steel meshed cage in SCP 0.404's tank to keep a close eye on him. Every three hours they change the diver that is in the cage so they can always be alert. They are armed with a dart gun when needed. The Task 04 diver that is in the cage will feed SCP 0.404 with a 10-inch grabber as SCP 0.404 likes to violently attack and eat its food.
SCP 0.404's Transfer to Site 66
SCP 0.404 was transferred to Site 66 due to him outgrowing his main containment tank at Site 34. SCP 0.404 was brought to Site 34 when he was 20 years old and was twice the size of a human male. SCP 0.404 is now 25 years old and has grown to 35ft making him uncomfortable in his main containment tank at Site 34. While they were transporting SCP 0.404 to Site 66 Foundation engineers were adding the finishing touches to SCP 0.404's aquatic tanks. The foundation has gotten permission from ██████ to copy their blueprints of an ocean theater that is in use in another location where it is open to the public. This ocean theater has a higher security system that does not allow SCP 0.404 to escape as easily as it did in Site 34. SCP 0.404 would start to damage his containment tank to escape. At site 66 he will no longer have the ability to escape as the automatic netting system will warn him to stop before deploying.
Task 04 at Site 66
Site 66 has a completely different Task 04 system than Site 34. At Site 34 SCP 0.828 due to his medical condition, he is not an escape risk so mainly the Task 04 personnel are medical staff. But with Site 66 they have two Task 04 divisions as SCP 0.404 is always up to mischief and requires more care and supervision. Under no circumstance are Task 04 personnel to enter the same tank that SCP 0.404 is in due to past attacks on staff. The only time they can be in the water with SCP 0.404 is when he is heavily sedated and in the medical pool that has a false floor. When staff are near the tank they are to have a lifeline to pull them back immediately if SCP 0.404 is showing signs of aggressive behavior.
The main branch of Task 04 is the containment, control, and engineering division. They are in charge of keeping SCP 0.404 in his tank. They are also the security of Site 66. If they see SCP 0.404 trying to climb out of the tank he is in Task 04 personnel are to talk to him in a calm nice manner to convince SCP 0.404 to go back in if he does not go back in they will use the netting system to get him back in the right tank. Their main uniform is a black wetsuit with a life vest that inflates when a tether is pulled and a small O2 tank. They are well trained in how to deal with SCP 0.404 at all times, for example, one night SCP 0.404 could not sleep and was in a state of distress. He was seen hitting his head on Gate B which leads to the feeding tank and biting on the walls of his sleep tank by Task 04 personnel. The Task 04 SGT walked up to the tank and sat Indian-style near the edge of the tank and moved his hand underwater to get SCP 0.404's attention. He talked with SCP 0.404 and read him a story that made him calm down and fall asleep.

The image was taken by Task 04 SGT Mat of Task 04 PVT Clide on the right and on the left two Task 04 trainees.

The other branch of Task 04 is the medical division. SCP 0.404 is not a big fan of the medical division and tends to attack them more. He would tell research personnel that the Task 04 medical personnel cut his face when it never happened. In the past two weeks, he has attempted to attack Task 04 medical personnel at least 6 times requiring Task 04 personnel to use the netting system and then fully sedating him. Task 04 medical personnel wear a blue wetsuit with blue camouflage. They also use the inflatable life vest and O2 tank. Task 04 medical personnel are mostly seen at the false floor medical tank. Due to how big SCP 0.404 is they have to use 3 trank darts to put him into a deep sleep before medical checks can be carried out. Due to strict medical protocol ordered by the O5, any medical procedure carried out by Task 04 medical personnel is strictly classified until approval from O5.

The image was taken by Task 04 Marv of Task 04 medical LT. Chuck wearing the new medical wetsuit.
SCP 0.404's new Ocean Theater Containment Tank and Tank cleaning
They used an old football stadium and turned it into an ocean theater that has 4 tanks that connect via a wall and gate system. The front tank is where SCP 0.404 stays during the day and afternoon. The back two tanks are used for sleeping and eating as personnel want to keep a closer eye on SCP 0.404 as he is showing erratic behavior. The tank on the right in the picture is the feeding tank and the tank on the left in the picture is the sleeping tank. The sleeping tank is a lot more shallow so personnel can watch how he sleeps and if something happens they can easily control the situation. The medical tank that has a false floor will not be shown in pictures due to medical security protocols. The two sky bridges one on each side are used by Task 04 officers. There is to be a guard in each bridge walking back and forth watching SCP 0.404 and the ocean theater at all times. The glass on those bridges are tinted so SCP 0.404 is not aware of people on the sky bridges. If they see SCP 0.404 trying to get out of the tank he is in, one of the Task 04 officers on the sky bridges will radio in a code 17, and containment personnel will be dispatched to deal with SCP 0.404.

The image was taken by a Task 04 drone of SCP 0.404's new oceanic theater.

The feeding tank must be cleaned once a week as it gets dirty very quickly. The other 3 tanks get cleaned monthly. When Task 04 officers need to clean a tank they move SCP 0.404 to a tank that has water before they pump out the water from the tank that needs to be cleaned. During this time Task 04 personnel also inspect the tank as they clean to see if there is any damage caused by SCP 0.404 biting the walls or edges of the tank. They also inspect the gate that is part of the tank to clean out any rust. SCP 0.404 becomes very curious and watches the Task 04 officers clean and inspect the tank. He is also seen trying to climb out of the tank that he is in into the empty tank to go and help Task 04 officers. The medical staff tries to distract SCP 0.404 by making him do activities and play with his red disk to stop him from climbing into the empty tank.

The image was taken by Task 04 containment engineer Pat of the sleeping tank right after it was drained. Damage is already seen under the door to the feeding tank which is on the left.
SCP 0.404's Anger Toy
SCP 0.404 has a tendency of becoming very angry and violent, it is unknown why he is like this. Task 04 personnel and medical personnel have to be very watchful and careful when SCP 0.404 has his anger episodes as sometimes he can start to harm himself.SCP 0.404 can sometimes be seen putting his head on the glass of the main containment tank while scratching the glass with one of his hands. When SCP 0.404 has one of his episodes staff throw a red disk in the tank that SCP 0.404 is in as SCP 0.404 uses that disk to help him release that anger. SCP 0.404 is seen bitting, pouncing, and sometimes hitting the disk on the walls of the tank he is in at that time. Staff also coats the red disk in a sweet gelatin that SCP 0.404 licks off, as that also helps him calm down. The red disk is half the size of a full-grown human male and the disk is very heavy but floats in the water.

The image was taken by Dr. Kelly of SCP 0.404's anger disk that was put in the front main tank. When this image was taken SCP 0.404 was having one of his anger episodes and was at the bottom of the main tank biting his right foot fin.
The netting system for SCP 0.404's Ocean Theater
Due to SCP 0.404's past attacks on staff at Site 34 personnel put in a special netting system that can be activated by a task 04 officer if SCP 0.404 is trying to escape, attack personnel, or starting to harm himself during one of his anger episodes. There are two net deploying systems in each tank. When the net is deployed SCP 0.404 becomes entangled in the net making him sink to the bottom of the tank that he is currently in. The nets do not harm SCP 0.404 due to his scaley skin but it does cause SCP 0.404 to not be able to swim making him try to fight to break free from the net. When SCP 0.404 is netted Task 04 divers get in the tank that SCP 0.404 is in and shoot him with two trank darts making him fall asleep. Task 04 then starts to remove the net while SCP 0.404 is deeply asleep. If SCP 0.404 does not use the red anger disk to calm down they will have to net SCP 0.404 and put him to sleep.

The image was taken by Task 04 LT Pip of the netting system which is used only by the Task 04 officers.
SCP 0.116
SCP - 0.116:

Clearence Level 5 : Top-Secret

Containment Class: Keter

Disruption Class:

Risk Class:
Task Force 99 aka " Sea Legs "
Task Force 99 aka " Sea Legs " they are a specialty assigned to Site 96 which is located in █████. They are trained in dealing with water emergencies, hostage, and medical situations. They train at Site 4 before heading to Site 96. The training for Task Force 99 is 2 years long. Their job is to make sure SCP 0.116 does not breach aka leave the containment ship she is kept on. If she does leave the ship by breaching or causing SCP 0.980 to deactivate Site 96 will activate code orange. All Task 99 patrol ships will be alerted and nonlethal weapons are to be activated and used on SCP 0.116 is seen in the water. All the buoys used at Site 96 must be colored yellow except the wake buoy.

The image was taken by a Task 99 officer of SCP 0.116 being restrained on a patrol ship in the red zone, it is unknown how she got a Task 99 uniform.
Green Zone Buoys
The green zone buoy is 300 meters away from the yellow zone net buoys. These buoys have no net as it would interfere with the research ships and patrol ships that are constantly moving in that area. In this area Task, 99 officers would have muster drills and do training's to make sure they are in top shape for when SCP 0.116 has a bad day. On one of these bad days, SCP 0.116 started to scream and hurt herself and then proceeded to attack subject D-1987 killing her and breaching containment. SCP 0.116 was later found tangled in the yellow zone net buoy asleep. SCP 0.116 woke up while being restrained by Task 99 officers on board a patrol ship. SCP 0.116 was crying saying that she couldn't see due to the special eye covers that Task 99 put on her preventing her to see which does not allow the use of her anomalous ability.

The image was taken by Task 99 PVT Max during buoy repair. You can see one of the patrol ships in the background.
Yellow Zone Buoys
These buoys are beginning of the yellow zone which is 100 meters away from the red zone. They have a net system as well, however, the net only reaches halfway to the seafloor. SCP 0.116 was able to reach these buoys once before tiring herself out due to trying to break free from the red zone net buoy. Most of the time when she does breach containment the red zone net buoy stops her. In past interviews with SCP 0.116, she would talk about the nets a lot to Dr. Marks saying that they hurt her when she gets tangled in them. She also shows Dr. Marks the injuries she would get from the nets that require treatment and bandages.
Red Zone Buoys
These buoys are the start of the red zone. There is a 100-meter radius surrounding the containment ship in which SCP 0.116 is housed in. These buoys have a special net that reaches all the way down to the seafloor the nets connected to the other red zone buoys surrounding the red zone underwater. SCP 0.116 was entangled in these special nets multiple times allowing Task 99 patrol ships to enter the red zone to capture SCP 0.116 and put her back on the containment ship. Due to SCP 0.166 anomalous ability Task 99 officers have to restrain her in the center room of the containment ship that has no windows to prevent SCP 0.166 from sinking the Task 99 patrol ship while it leaves the red zone. Once all the ships are out of the red zone one of the 2 D Class that lives in the containment ship with SCP 0.116 are given the call through the phone to remove the restraints and allow SCP 0.116 out of the room. For some unknown reason, there are no fish in the green, yellow, and red zones. The Foundation has classified this area as a dead zone.

These buoys are 50 meters away from the containment ship. When Task 99 officers have to do repair, inspection, cleaning, and or food restock in the containment ship all vessels that are near the containment ship must move very slowly. If the patrol ships move fast they will cause wakes alerting SCP 0.116 making her run to the outer deck of the containment ship wanting to sink the ship she sees. Due to new containment protocols when any ship enters the red zone SCP 0.116 must be restrained and put in the center room that has no windows nor light. This room is located on the lower level deck of the containment ship. Both D Class are trained on how to restrain SCP 0.116 and are also trained, to take care of SCP 0.116 as she depends on the two female D Class to take care of her due to her mental condition.
Task 99 Patrol Ships
There are at least ▊patrol ships in Site 96 that patrol the yellow and green zones. Under no circumstance are they to be in the red zone unless it is for the monthly repair, inspection, cleaning, food restock, and or medical check-up for SCP 0.116 and the two D Classes. Any research ships that want to enter the red zone for Dr. Marks to carry out the medical checkup he is to be taken on board a Task 99 patrol ship. No other ships besides Task 99 patrol ships can enter the red zone and only they can enter is when SCP 0.116 is fully restrained.
Incident 0.116-3A
A code orange was activated when subject D-1866 called in saying that SCP 0.166 was nowhere to be found. The two D Class searched the entire containment ship and found nothing but a letter. The letter said " I am going home today" in very poor writing. Task 99 boards the containment ship with guns drawn but is loaded with non-lethal ammunition. Task 99 SSG Mich radios in saying SCP 0.116 is not on board is she in the water? SCP 0.116 was later found hiding on board a patrol ship biting on her hand and drawing on the wall with a marker. She screamed as the Task 99 officers dragged SCP 0.116 out of the bathroom and sedated her. SCP 0.116 later woke up back on board the containment ship.

Research ships Sal and Cas were on opposite sides in the green zone and both carried a deployable net which was used in the green zone in an effort to stop SCP 0.116 from leaving the green zone as they were unaware of SCP 0.116's location at the time. These nets are only activated when SCP 0.116 is cannot be found onboard the containment ship or in the zones.

SCP 0.116's Interview with Dr. Marks
Forward: The audio taken from this interview was recorded from one of the chow hall and medical bay cameras.

[BEGIN LOG]

D-1934: There you are, how are you this morning?

SCP 0.116: I am doing ok.

(SCP 0.116 gets up from the table and hugs D-1934 and starts to cry)

D-1934: Oh honey you don't need to cry. Everything will be ok.

SCP 0.116: Ok. Want to color with me?

D-1934: Sure but first you need to take your meds ok.

(SCP 0.116 starts to back away from D-1934 saying no and covering her neck injection port)

D-1934: I know you hate the meds and that it hurts when I touch your injection port, but this is for you to get better. Please let me do it otherwise Task 99 will have to do it and I know you are scared of them.

SCP 0.116: Ok but please be careful.

D-1934: Don't worry I will be, also your port is infected a little bit.

(The phone rings D-1934 picks it up)

D-1934: Hello and good morning Dr. Marks.

Dr. Marks: Please get SCP 0.116 ready as we will be there soon.

D-1934: Yes sir, also SCP 0.116 injection port is infected.

Dr. Marks: Thank you for telling me I will get one of my nurses to help me.

D-1934: Come SCP 0.116 Dr. Marks is on his way(D-1866 walks up behind SCP 0.116 and grabs her arms)

SCP 0.166:(cries) No I don't want to go in the room.

(Both D Class manage to move SCP 0.116 into the restraint room)

Task 99 SSG Mich: Area clear moving to the restraint room, SCP 0.116 is restrained, crying and trying to break out of restraints.

SCP 0.116: Who is that (cries) I can't see.

Task 99 SSG Mich: It is ok SCP 0.116 take nice deep breaths Dr. Marks will be here soon.

(Three other Task 99 officers came into the restraint room, one of them is holding a special arm and hand restraint system preventing SCP 0.116 from moving her arms and hands)

Task 99 SSG Mich: Get her into the mobile restraints, Dr. Marks wants her in the medical bay of the containment ship.

Task 99 PVT Max: Yes sir.

(Task 99 officers start to untie SCP 0.116's restraints while 2 of the officers hold her arms while the third officer is pining SCP 0.116 up against the wall and putting on the mobile restraints on her)

SCP 0.116: Leave me alone (starts to wiggle) take this stuff off of me.

Task 99 SSG Mich: Stop moving SCP 0.116 otherwise I will make them use pressure points on you.

SCP 0.116: (groans in pain from the pressure points) Ok ok I will cooperate.

Task 99 SSG Mich: Very good, ok take SCP 0.116 to the med bay and strap her in the restraining chair that connects to her mobile restraints and tell Dr. Marks it is safe to come in.

Dr. Marks: Task 99 officer you can take her eye covers off as this room has no windows. How are you doing SCP 0.116?

SCP 0.116: I'm ok I am just angry that they won't leave me alone.

Dr.Marks: They have to do their job and I am sorry that they had to bother you. I have noticed that you have not been taking your meds.

SCP 0.116: I don't need it I am healthy.

(Dr. Marks walks over to SCP 0.116 and lifts her shirt showing her tummy covered in an unknown rash and touches it with his gloved hand while taking a skin sample)

SCP 0.116:(Kicks Dr. Marks and becomes angry) Don't touch me (tries to get up but the two Task 99 officers hold her down in the chair by her shoulders. Dr. Marks injects SCP 0.116 with a med that makes her calm)

Dr.Marks: You sure about that, and your injection port is infected. I will get nurse Holly to clean and change it out ok.

Nurse Holly: Hello SCP 0.116. I am going to remove your collar that holds your injection port in place and clean it and give you a nice new one.

SCP 0.116: (looks at nurse Holly and at what she is doing while drooling and falling asleep due to the medication Dr. Marks gave SCP 0.116 to make her calm)

Dr.Marks: Ok, SCP 0.116 I am going to hook up your IV to your injection port since it is a new port it will hurt so I need you to bare with me.

SCP 0.116: (coughs as Dr. Marks connects the IV to the injection port) When will I be able to go home?

Dr. Marks: Soon you will be able to.

[END LOG]
Medical Update and Debrief with Dr. Marks
Dr. Marks: Good morning ladies and gentlemen. You are the 3 new research staff to arrive at Site 96. The vessel that we are on is called, Cas it is one of the two research ships that are in Site 96. Also at no point are pictures or recordings of the containment ship are allowed unless you have permission from O5.

SCP 0.116 was captured and moved back to Site 96 on 10/3/2015. Naval vessels were dispatched to capture SCP 0.116 after she breached containment 2 years ago. She was found on the main pool deck of the Disney Magic cruise ship eating ice cream and scribbling on a notepad. SCP 0.116 was approached by two medical officers and one Task 99 guard from the naval vessel. One of the medical officers talked with SCP 0.116 about her new home that she will be in until the medical officer noticed her rash that was all over SCP 0.116's body. The medical officer saw that parts of the rash on SCP 0.116's neck was bleeding and wanted to put a bandage on it which started a physical fight causing 3 other Task 99 officers to come in and fully restrain SCP 0.116 while also covering her eyes to prevent her from using her anomalous ability. They immediately moved SCP 0.116 to the containment transport boat and connected her to chains that are anchored to the floor in the holding room to SCP 0.116's mobile restraints. When SCP 0.116 was securely restrained in the holding room onboard the containment transport boat one of the Task 99 medical officers came in and checked on all parts of SCP 0.116's rash to make sure none were bleeding. SCP 0.116 did not like this at all and started to scream and had to be sedated during the checkup. The check-up showed a lot of injuries due to the scratching and parts of the rash were bleeding. When she arrived at Site 96 via containment transport boat they moved SCP 0.116 to the containment ship where she lives to this day.

This was the first containment room that was used to keep SCP 0.116 contained when she first arrived at Site 96. Researcher Dr. Mains was in charge of finding out what this SCP could really do. The first test he did that is now forbidden to do ever again was the pain tolerance and healing test that was done on SCP 0.116. If SCP 0.116 got out of the water in the containment pool onboard the containment ship she would be shot with rods until she went back in the water. This test did show that SCP 0.116 does have water healing abilities but due to this test, SCP 0.116 became very violent towards people requiring that all personnel must leave the containment ship and for 2 D Class to take care of SCP 0.116 and the zone buoys to be put in place. In between tests SCP 0.116 would have to be shot with three tranq darts before it was safe to move her to the side holding room. SCP 0.116 now is allowed to free roam the containment ship but the control room is blocked off and controlled via a comms control vessel. The two D Class were told to do tests on SCP 0.116 which resulted in 10 D Class deaths. Now that we have her on medication it prevents her from being violent towards people. If SCP 0.116 refuses to eat, one of the D Class must hold her down while the other connects an IV to her injection port that is connected to an IV bag filled with liquid nutritional supplements. After that is done SCP 0.116 must be sedated as she will try to pull the IV out of her injection port. One of the D Class must call Dr. Marks right away.

Please open your files to page 20. What you see there is the new problem we have with SCP 0.116 she hates taking her medication which is causing her rash to come back. SCP 0.116's medication also prevents her from becoming violent to herself and others. The two D Classes that live with her on the containment ship were trained by me on how to administer medication via IV (takes out a special IV tube that has a connection clip). This cap with this connection clip when putting in SCP 0.116's neck injection port it locks in and makes a clicking noise saying that the connection is secured. During full medical check-ups, SCP 0.116 must be restrained and sedated due to her violence towards staff during this time. SCP 0.116 hates to be touched when she is touched SCP 0.116 starts to scream and attack the person who touches her. When incident 0.116-3A happened SCP 0.116 was not on her medication and was able to board one of the patrol ships without being detected, 5 hours later Task 99 found SCP 0.116 hiding in the bathroom, biting her hand and drawing on the wall with a marker she found. Task 99 restrained and sedated SCP 0.116. Task 99 medical staff searched her to make sure she did not hurt herself nor hiding anything before they returned SCP 0.116 to the containment ship. I will show you guys a video of SCP 0.116 getting entangled in the red zone buoy nets.

(Dr. Marks turns on the TV showing SCP 0.116 swimming fast and getting trapped in the net while screaming and crying due to the pain she was in from the net entangling her)

Dr. Mary:(Wipes a tear from her face very quietly) That poor girl, they should not have that there.

Dr. Marks: You should read her file this SCP is very dangerous. She is very lucky to not get the Keter classification.
Closing
Hey guys I hope you liked the guide. If this guide gets a lot of love I will make more in the future and add on more things and events to this guide and other SCP guides. Please like and fav if you want to see more of stuff like this.
