Xbox 360 Controller layout

A list of the controls for the xbox 360 controller, as the game does not currently show xbox 360 instructions on screen.

This is the original xbox controller layout from the manual:

This layout appears to be what is used in the steam pc game.

Until there are GUI changes to psychonauts that display the xbox360 controls when using this game on steam this guide may be useful.

@Rosito - go into big picture mode. Make sure Microsoft 360 is selected in controller settings. Most controller issues are resolved unfortunately by using big picture.

Regarding my previous post
Turns out JoyRotY and JoyRotZ (which are the triggers) don't work for anything but the Look Up/Down settings. Oh well.

I changed the following bindings to these settings. This should match the image of the Xbox 360 controller provided above. (Trigger settings not tested yet since I've not progressed far enough into the game at this point to have the ability to use PSI powers.)

I'm not sure if the Mac version was ever updated, but the controller binding on Mac when I started up the game for the first time just now was unplayable. I played around with the control settings in game to figure out which button numbers corresponded to which buttons, then I manually edited the profile .ini file at
~/Library/Application Support/Psychonauts/Profiles/Profile #/Profile #- Raz.ini

idk what's going on, but my buttons are reversed... A is B, X is Y and vice versa. Any solutions?

Not mine, what are your camera settings at in options? Is there a X axis swap option?
