Introduction

Forgotten Hill Mementoes is a point-and-click adventure featuring 35 Steam achievements.

All achievements can be unlocked in a single playthrough. Please note that there is one achievement for completing the game without using hints.

Buried Things

Start a new game.

-> Achievement "Let's Start"

Take the key and unlock the door.
Go to the left, examine the clock poster and remember the sequence.
Go right until you see a safe with a portrait, click on 1 - 3 - 3 - 4 - 2 and note the code.
Go right and set the clock on 15:00:45 (4 times III and 11 times II).
Take the red key.
Go to the very left and use the red key to open the piano.
Click on circle - triangle - cross - square.

-> Achievement "Piano Player"

Take the vial and the sword.
Use the sword on the shield which is next to the main door.
Take the vial and the piece of paper.
Go left, solve the rotating puzzle and take another vial:

Go through the main door and remember the code on the right.
Go back, head to the right and use all vials with the shelf next to the flower pot.
Enter the code.
Take the flower and put it in the notch to the right.
Take the key and the note.
Use the key on the keyhole next to the vial's shelf and take the gun.
Go left and move the dices: 5-4-2-3-1.
Take the ornament.
Go through the door and change the directions of the controls:

Click on the hands right - left - right - right - left - left.
Take the coin.
Use both, the coin and the ornament on the right door, open it.
Wait for a few seconds in front of your wife.

-> Achievement "Wife killed"

Click play and reload your save file.
Shoot your wife with the gun.

-> Achievement "Wife killer"

Run Run Little Horse

Open the drawer 6 - 3 - 5 - 6 - 3.
Take the matches and the knife.
Light the candle and take the red key.
Stab the marionette and open the spider compartment with the red key.
Take both the ruby and the empty bottle.
Fill the bottle with the marionette’s blood.
Arrange the horse's heads.
Take the pickaxe, the book and the filled bottle.
Use the pickaxe with the wall below the table.
Take the key and the heart jewel.
Open the upper compartment and arrange the picture to a skeleton horse.
Take the monocle and use it on the portrait.
Open the head and take the brain.
Water the plant with the blood and take the leaf.

-> Achievement "List Completed"

Leave and place all items on the pentagram.
Kill the horse with the sword.
Place its head on the pentagram.

-> Achievement "Always together"

Love Beyond

Go to the very right and remember the star constellation.
Go left and arrange the red objects 1 - 5 - 3 - 4 - 2.
Take the slip of paper and the metal disc.
Go to the left door and click on the paintings left - left - right - left - right - right.
Enter the room and click on the eyes puzzle:

Take the slip of paper and the metal disc.
Go back and click on the left safe - rows: 1st: 2 - 3 - 5, 2nd: 6 - 1 - 5, 3rd: 6 - 1.
Take the ornament and the metal disc.
Use the ornament with the table next to the big cabinet.
Take the last metal disc, go left and place all of them on the safe to the right.
Rotate the discs to a picture and remember the moon/circle code.
Go through the door and click on the bed, enter the previous sequence:

Click on the scary face on the bed.

-> Achievement "Good Night"

Enter Ruth in the upper drawer and take the fuse.
Take the red key and open the "prison" door, enter the room.
Take the matches and light the candle on the table.
Rotate the pieces and take the mandrake.
Use the fuse with the machine in the lab:

-> Achievement "Machine activated"

Go back to the bed room and give the mandrake to the little girl.
Enter the lab again and activate the machine.

-> Achievement "Hanged Man"

Playground

Remember the positions of the red arrow heads in the Asian picture.
Go right and arrange the pieces to a dragon picture.
Take the eye and the key behind the table.
Go back and enter the left room.
Use the key on the right cupboard.
Take the picture's piece and the key.
Go back to the dragon puzzle and open the right door with the new key.
Enter the kitchen and take the knife and the picture's piece (behind the wood).
Rotate the plates like the arrow heads in the Asian painting:

Take the slip of paper.
Go back to the office room and click on the safe at the desk.
Open it with the help of the slip of paper:

Take the piece of medallion and the slip of paper.
Go to the dragon puzzle and change the symbols on the left door according to the paper.
Enter the living room and use the eye on the trophy, get the key.
Head back to the kitchen and open the door.
Win Tic Tac Toe.

-> Achievement "Tic Tac Toe"

Take your price and use the knife on your son.

-> Achievement "Stab your son"

Head back to the office and change the cultures according to the paper you just got:

Take the key and the picture's piece.
Leave the office and unlock the room to the right.
There's a beetle - click on it a few times and take the toy soldier.
Go back to the office and use the beetle on the right sketch - there is a word behind it.
Give your son the toy soldier and receive another reward.
Enter JOKE in the table's lock.
Take the ornament.
Go back to the piano and play the correct melody:

-> Achievement "Master Piano Player"

Take the crowbar and the mandrake.
Go to the kitchen and open the drain with the crowbar, take the toy soldier.
Again, give the toy soldier to your son.
Go back to the room with the piano and place both medallion pieces in the fireplace.
Crouch through the fireplace and hang the mandrake in the middle.
Cut the mandrake with the knife and wait.
Take the ornament and go back.
Place both ornaments on the left cupboard.
Take the last picture's piece and place all pieces in the frame next to the Tic Tac Toe game.
Enter this pattern in the big cupboard next to the broken table.
Note the sequence and go through the fireplace again, click on the mandrakes:

Interact with the mirror upper left, lower left and lower right UP and upper right DOWN.
Take the card deck and win a round against your son take the very left card.

-> Achievement "Father Killer"

Mischief Night Part I

Go into the house and look at the painting of ducks, remember their necks' heighs.
Click on the umbrellas down - up - up - down - down and take the ornament.
Go right twice and use the ornament to get a key.
Go left and use the key with the left door.
Enter the room and click on the jackets 2 - 1 - 4 - 2 - 6 - 5 - 3.
Take the key, leave the room and go back to the kids.
Travel to "Buried Things" by clicking on the left and switching places.
Wait.

-> Achievement "Killed by a monster"

Travel to "Run Run Little Horse".
Go left and take the sword.
Go right and use key on door, enter the house again.
After going left, remember the code on the cabinet and enter the left room.
Click on the marionettes in the correct order left - middle - left - right - middle - left.
Take the key, leave the room and enter the room to the right.
The key opens the left part of the cabinet, get the empty bottle.
Catch some blood with the bottle and give it to the monster.
Steal its key and open the cabinet with the tears on it.
Get the record and the ornament.
Go left and combine the record with the record player.

-> Achievement "Play a record"

Take the key and go back to the right room.
Open the right half of the cabinet and obtain the scalpel.
Go back to the monster and use the moon ornament to receive a Halloween mask.

-> Achievement "Halloween Mask"

Take the mandrake by using the scalpel on it.
Visit the Halloween house, go to the very right and enter the secret lab.
Put the mandrake in the poison.
Visit the "Buried Things" house and kill the monster with the poisoned mandrake.

-> Achievement "Kill a monster"

Enter the room and go to the lab.
Remember the pattern on the wall and the time on the left note.
Leave the room and go to the left, open the safe and take the foot.
Go to the clock and enter the correct time midnight.
Take the jar with spider and use it on the cobwebs above the piano.
Click on the spider and remember the sequence.
Go to the very right and solve the puzzle, get the crowbar and get rid of the planks.
Enter the room and wait.

-> Achievement "Killed by a zombie"

Go left and use the sword on the plant to get a dead branch.
Put the dead branch in the machine in the lab to get a flowery branch.
Give the flowery branch to the zombie.

-> Achievement "Please a zombie"

Take the shovel, dig for a pearl earring and take the hammer to the left.
Open the wooden box with the crowbar to get the mask.

-> Achievement "Colonel mask"

Leave the house and cut out the monster's eye with the scalpel.
Go to the right and dig in the right grave for a bone.
Use the earring with the painting of the woman inside of the Halloween house.
Take the matches and visit "Run Run Little Horse".
Destroy the glass with the hammer.
Go to "Playground" and illuminate the area with the matches.
Solve the block puzzle three times and enter the house.
Go right and solve the puzzle by switching the tile's locations.
Take the hatchet and break the right barrel in the kitchen.
Take the key and open the piano's room.
Pick up the card and remember the symbols on the piano.
Go to the office and align the strands:

Take the domino and open the cabinet next to the table - 2 up and 4 down.
There's a code on the puppet's torso, remember it and go to the big painting.
Enter the correct sequence and get the crank handle.
Use the crank handle on the mysterious box next to the Tic Tac Toe board.

-> Achievement "Jack in the Box"

Take the mask.
Go back to the magician puppet and give it the card and the mask.

-> Achievement "Gambler Mask"

Take the mask and leave.
Go into the "Mischief Night" house and remove the boards with your hatchet.
Go through the hole and make your way to the bedroom.
Click on the ravens and remember the sequence.
Use the hatchet on the bed and kill the monster.
Take the bottle with blood.
Go outside, left and solve the "Repetitions leads to nothing" puzzle:

Take the bird skull and solve the placement puzzle which is in the center of the same room:

Get the skull and the piece of paper.
Put both skulls on the ropes in the cabinet next to the burning candle.
Enter the raven's sequence: right - left - left - right - left - right.
Take the ornament and the old scissors.
Go to the bed and cut the blanket with the scissors.

-> Achievement "Ruth Mask"

Go to the plant on the very right and give it the blood.
Click on the blossoms in the correct order - check your inventory (paper) for the solution.
Take the key.

-> Achievement "House key"

Leave the house and go to your friends.
Go to the cabinet in "Mischief Night" and open it with the ornament.
Use the scalpel on the corpse to obtain a heart.

-> Achievement "Let's weigh!"

Go to the scales and remember the code on the tongue:

Go to the room where you used the earring and enter the code on the left cabinet.
Take the key and the spell book.
Go back and open the left door, enter the room.
Solve the left puzzle get the left ones to the right and the right ones to the left.
Take the old coins, the slip of paper, the pumpkin seeds and the salt.
Head back to the scales:

Remember the circle sequence and enter it in the right cabinet.
Take the sulfur and solve the puzzle:

Take the Hand of Glory.

Mischief Night - Missable Mutations

Enter the mansion in "Mischief Night" and go to the lab.
Examine the chemical substances and open: Fe, CH3, Au2, XRI.
Mix and take the potion.
Give the potion to the red spider in "Buried Things".

-> Achievement "Strange Mutations"

Mix another potion: Au2, X2A, A2I, XRI.
Go to "Buried Things" and enter the first room.
Water the soil with the potion.

-> Achievement "Strange Mutations 2"

Mix another potion: Fe, CH3, X2A, XRI.
Go to "Buried Things" and water the plant with the potion.

-> Achievement "Magical grouth"

Mix another potion: Fe, CH3, Au2, XRI.
Go to the graves and use the pumpkin seed and the potion, wait.

-> Achievement "Spider mutation"

Mix another potion: Au2, X2A, A2I, XRI.
Go to the graves and use the pumpkin seed and the potion, wait.

-> Achievement "Carnivorous Pumpkin"

Mischief Night Part II

This path continues the story and you won't have another chance to manipulate the pumpkin. This affects achievements and thus I recommend you doing the above described actions first.

Enter the mansion in "Mischief Night" and go to the lab.
Mix this potion: Fe, CH3, X2A, XRI.
Go to the graves and use the pumkin seed and the potion.

-> Achievement "Pumpkin"

Go to your friends with all ingredients for the final spell.

-> Achievement "Spell ready"

Go to "Run Run Little Horse" and place all items on the pentagram.

-> Achievement "Enchanted Pumpkin"

Take the pumpkin.
Go to the grown-ups in "Mischief Night".

-> Achievement "Kill 'em all"
-> Achievement "Brainiac"

I can't get the achievement "Bad father - Stab your son". This is the third time I've played the game. Maybe this is some kind of bug. I can't stab a son with a knife. Help someone please (((
