How to speedrun Civ III (meme & seriously)

If you ever wanted to become a speedrunner, but aren't too good at highly technical games, this is the Guide for You!

Introduction

The Meme Way

Step 1, Startup Civ III, a timer, and OBS.
Step 2, In game Setup, set turn limit to 1 turn.
Step 3, Start game and Timer.
Step 4, End turn.
Step 5, End timer.
Step 6, Profit.

The Actual Serious Way

Step 1, Load up Civ III and start a game with 1 AI and Pangea World Setting. Be sure to right down the seed.
Step 2, Play Game until you find enemy civ's capital. If it is near enough to your capital, (say 15-30 tiles away), quit the game.
Step 3, Restart Civ with OBS and timer.
Step 4, Start a game made with the same settings as in step 1, along with the seed being the same. Start the timer at the same time as the load into the game.
Step 5, Build a warrior, and send him on an adventure. He shall hurl down his gauntlet to the enemy civ and with wild winds of fortune, gain glory and liberate the city.
Step 6, End timer with victory popup.
