It should be towards the top of the addon list due to the name having a numerical unit first. I dont think it appears in the 'C' model list but it is there. You may have to model yourself manually using the model path.

You said this was a playermodel. So where's it in the playermodel selection menu? What do you have it listed under? I can definitely call you on it.

If you still havn't figured out how to fix the weapons here this might help.. All your weapon bones seem to be down under the feet. (removing them should in theory work, you could try it or you could just move them to the hand) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1354815212
