With the event console command it'd be easy to spawn em in.
I dont' know if all that extra detail is necessary, because i also doubt people will use sections based on appearance instead of what they require for the game, and even if they did they could just change the sections to get what they wanted instead
The whole purpose of this guide, and the dlc one, is so that when people make their empire they can choose a ship set they like (or in the case of the DLC ships, buy one they like), without having to start a game only to realize they don't like all the ship and space station designs
