Talk to the humanoid with the O-shaped head at the clinic.

Train area, within an interactable wall next to a sign

Upon arriving at the train with the thin creature, there is a sign on the left side by the ledge you dropped off from. You can interact with the wall there which in turn also gives you a wooden plank that you will need for later. Some people (me) can dismiss this as just any other sign in this game but soon you will notice the recurrence of this symbol as it marks where you can use this effect.

In a messy room, just progress through the area

Pretty much the room after the street chase. Inside a processing area, stuck on hanged meat

Umbrella

White Desert/Sky Garden

Under a bench in the area that opens right after the Glyph puzzle. Yes, I have included a guide on how to obtain all the glyphs and solve it.

Death
From the eye socket of one of the faced cubes from the south.

The other 3 runes can be obtained after trapping the (?_?)hair eater(?_?) which causes the villagers to come out
Sun
From a villager sitting on a crate in the north-east side of Barracks Settlement. Bring them a red kite which can be obtained from the aztec graffiti section of the train (enter and exit the train until you arrive there. It's actually great way to skip the Toriningen part if you wish to return to the later half of the docks.)
Moon
From the blue creature at the same area where you found the red kite, south side of it. You can ask the villager on the center of the map for the notes to the melody that you have to play for it if you have the Kalimba, or mash buttons(im sorry).
War
From one of the houses in the Barracks Settlement
Sun>Moon>War>Death to open the staircase to Sky Garden

Lantern

School;Dream within a dream part

Prereq: Umbrella
2nd floor of the school, upon entering the leftmost door on a floating platform

Progressing to the right side of this room will have you jump on floating platforms, the second floating platform will have a street lamp and a regular looking lamp on the right of it which is the effect itself. Some people (me) can mistake this as a part of the environment.

nvm, i stepped out the village and back in and he suddenly was in the cage.

idk what im doing wrong but the hair eater keeps getting stuck on the plank but not going in the cage. he wont lose agro either but he's agro at the wood i think? could you go a little more indepth on how to trap himor something?

thank you! I realised I missed one of the cubes that was hiding in darkness, I thought the red glow from its eye was just scenary

The main objective of the cubes is to pretty much get you to the second floor where the room with the effect is. It's a series of jumping and pushing puzzles which at the very end requires you to stack two of the eye cubes on top of each other by pushing them off their platforms and pushing both of them to the middle of the basement where there is an opening on the ceiling that you need to double jump from on top of the two cubes.

I've been trying for an hour now and I just can't figure out how to get the Lantern, can you elaborate after rolling the pain blob? I get back inside the school building, there's a room with eye cubes, a locked room I can't find the key to, and a room with an eye cube behind a chalkboard to the right, and a death fall to the left.

Yeah hopefully it does get fixed soon because at the moment I'm hardlocked from progressing, it's like there is an invisible wall on top of the lockers, very weird

Based on the comments of the recent update people pretty much have the save problems as you have so it may get fixed soon.

That's strange, you should be able to jump over it regularly without even needing to double jump with the umbrella. This game definitely still has a lot of bugs so we can't tell for sure if you are really stuck or not.
