How to set a common layout for the arcade stick

This is just to save you the trouble of entering the game to try the buttons and having to register it again.
This is how I set the hori real arcade pro for the recommended layout.

Recommended layout

Following the ABC/DE recommendation:

A is button 1
B is 2
X is 3
Y is 4
L Bumper is 5
R Bumper is 6
Select is 7
Start is 8
L Stick is 9
R Stick is 10

abc is a grapple
bc is super

Can anyone tell me what the Button 1 - ? (? is for the unknown numbers ahead of 10 I can't recall) mean for ABCDE, Taunts ect. Trying to get a PS4 controller to work is stressful.
