Collectibles guide [Images]

Image guide to all tablets, notes and antidotes in the game.

NOTE: Librarian and True Librarian achievements are apparently broken and you can't get both at the same playthough. You need to either collect all tablets and text scraps for True Librarian or just the tablets and nothing else for Librarian.

Part 1: Workshop

First tablet is in the second room after waking up.

Move on to the next room and check under the workbench for hidden memo.

Second tablet is found near the duct in the same room.

After exiting air ducts, check the antidote cabinet for second memo.

Continue normally and you will find your first antidote. Impossible to miss as you have to use it instantly.

After exiting the elevator, grab second antidote from the table.

Head down the stairs and you will find another tablet on the workbench behind some tubes.

After seeing Phantaruk for the first time and exiting the ducts, you will find third antidote on some boxes.

In the same room is a memo that you can take.

After crawling in the ducts to avoid Phantaruk, you will find fourth tablet in front of you after exiting.

Continue along the corridor and turn right when you can. You will find keycard along with antidote, tablet and memo on the locker.

Return back to the previous corridor and follow it to the end. In the next room check behind dispensers for a hidden memo.

Moving along. In the next room check table for fifth tablet and memo on the locker.

Head to the backroom. On the table you will find keycard that you will need later, as well as H+
career brochure and yet another memo. Also check behind the shelves for an antidote.

After bit of backtracking and passing through the door to next area, check your left for a broken door and sixth tablet.

After getting in the lower levels, look for corridor D6 where you can crawl under some shelves and find another antidote.

Head to cargo hall E next to D6 and grab seventh tablet lying on the table. This tablet will give you the keycode needed for the next antidote.

Go back the way you came and turn left. Use the previously found code on the keypad to find seventh antidote.

When you get to the big room, head left from the door and crawl into the duct, where you will find tablet number eight.

Head down to generator room. After shutting down the engines, check back of the room for last antidote for this section.
Part 2: Biomed

First antidote for this section is found on a stretcher upon arriving to Biomed.

Head into the locker room and check locker near the door for a memo, and another locker in the back of the room for a second memo. There is also info about the Phantaruk cult on a chair and tablet lying on the floor.

Make your way to the autopsy room and check the body for an antidote, and two memos taped on the locker.

Head up the stairs and head through the door on the right. You will find next tablet lying on the counter.

After using the keycard to open the doors, take the left one and turn right. You will find eleventh antidote next to a clone.

Head through the door next to you and you will find memo taped onto wall.

Continue down the corridor and you'll come across another memo.

Next antidote can be found next to dead'ish clone, before using the severed head.
Part 3: Administration

After gaining access to administration, turn left and head up the stairs where you will find antidote number thirteen.

Check the computer for three emails and nearby table for article about the cult.

This section is bit tricky with Phantaruk wandering around. You will need to find 4 batteries for the admin computer until you can move on. Once you reach the room with two cubicles and admin computer, check the left cubicle for a memo. In the right cubicle, check the drawer for an antidote and table for article about H+ corporation.

On the big office, there are two memos under the same desk with the battery.

Once the lockdown is lifted, check the cabinet for an antidote before moving on.
Part 4: Tech Bay

After seeing a brainbug for the first time in the ducts and just before the third drop, check your left for a tablet.

After the third drop, continue normally until you come across vent to your right. Pass through it and you will find yourself in a small room. Check behind the tipped over shelf for an antidote.

After crawling out of the vents for second time, you will find another tablet in front of you.

Use code from the previous tablet on the keypad and and turn right after passing through the door to find another tablet.

Turn back from previous tablet and continue straight through the repository to the next room where you will find antidote on the table.

Crawl into the duct opposite of the desk and check the computer for a journal entry.

Instead of crawling back to the duct, take the door into meeting room where you will find last antidote for this level.
Part 5: Administration and Crew Quarters

As you make your way back towards the crew quarters, check the broken door for an antidote.

At the crossroads of three doors, turn right and grab another antidote stuck in a dead clone in the conference room...

And third one in the reception area after making your way through the office.

After arriving to crew quarters, check executive officer's quarter for a memo and another H+ Corp. brochure...

Chief medical officer's quarters for two memos...

And finally captain's quarters for seven articles about the cult. One is found on the table after first entering the room, four around the bed and two more around the table.

Part 6: Biomed-2

After arriving to Biomed-2, you will come across security system computer and antidote cabinet.

Keep going straight from the cabinet until you hit a closed door. Turn left and take first door right. You will find yourself in a room full of CT scanners(?). There is an antidote on top of one of them.

Continue through the room and turn left after passing through the door. Keep walking until you see a stretcher. From the stretcher, turn left and you will find yourself in a big room with a keycard, antidote, tablet, two memos and H+ corporation brochure.

Part 7: Escape Pods

Just after you enter the second room, turn right and you will see a tablet lying on the floor.

Move along to the third room and look to the right again to find an antidote.
Part 8: Biomed-2 revisited

After making your way back to Biomed-2, grab antidote along with gas mask and two batteries.

Remember that room full of CT scanners? Find that room again and grab an antidote from the corridor next to it.

Part 9: Morque

After arriving to morque, walk down the corridor and turn right and then left to the locker room. There is a memo taped on one of the lockers and antidote inside another.

Thank you so much for this guide. Great job. :steamhappy: BTW, two small tablets from "Workshop" chapter are probably not included in the Librarian Achievement (as noted by Altomar) and all the antidotes must be used before the shields are removed in the final scene :)

After another playthrough i finaly got the Librarian Achievement. Only the 15 larger tablets give you an entry to the text log. The last 2 entries you get them by reading 2 computers. I skipped everything else.

Thanks for this great guide. I did get the True Librarian but when i tried in a 2nd playthrough to get librarian i got all 17 tablets and the achievement didn't trigger. I've noticed that of the 17 tablets mentinted 2 were a bit smaller and they give no entry in text logs.
