Alter Ego - Walkthrough

This guide will help you walking through this fantastic adventure. At the moment it is not complete, I will extend it every time I playing this game

The White Beast is Dead

After escaping from the police, first climb up the Ladder. Use your Lucky Horseshoes with the Decorative Fence and grab the Broken Spearhead. Click on the Plank to get to the Wall. Use the Iron Spearhead with the Wall to get out a Loose Brick. Than you can use the Iron Spearhead with the Brick to open the Barred Entrance. Now you can Exit the Sewers.

In the second room click on the Sewer Cap to enter the room and go left to the Attic. Try to use the Mangle. Talk to the Laundress and ask for help with the mangle and offer help. Now we know we have to fix the machine, so go back to the Ground Floor. Use the Mechanism to pull out a fuse. Go back to the Attic and tell the Laundress that the task is done. Now back to the Ground Floor for her second task. Use the Soap with the Tub and use the Crank Handle. Use your Lucky Horseshoe with the Soapy Water and go back upstairs and talk again to the Laundress. Now you can use the Lucky Hoseshoe with the Rusted Hook to open the handcuffs.

Go back to the Ground Floor and talk to Laundress Emily. Take the Dirty Laundry and threw it into the Soapy Water. Use the Crank Handle again. Take the Laundry out of the Soapy Water. You get Wet Tobacco. Go back to the Attic and use it with the Mangle. Back to the Ground Floor and use it with the Fireplace to get the rest of the water out of it. Emily comes back and talks to you. Now go back upstairs, open the Window on the left and have a look out of the Window to see this fellas with your own eyes.

Go back to Emily, she is downstairs. Take back the Dry Tobacco from the fireplace. Go again upstairs and look out the Window. Use the Dry Tobacco and throw it down to the Bench. Take back your Handcuffs from the floor and throw them down to the lucky smoking Unsuspecting Sailor. Now you can exit the Ground Floor and inspect the sailor who lie outside. Look at the Cap in you inventory and you find Brian's letter, read it. Go back to the Laundry and ask Emily for the way to the pub. Now you can go to the City.

Funeral of the White Beast

You enter the whorehouse and a stranger starts to talk to you. We Accept his dice challenge and talk to the Bouncer. So he will not let you up, go right to the Bar. Take the Coat from the Pooped Guest to the left. It is empty, but now you can take the Brass Buttons. Now talk to the Waitress but she wont talk to you until she sees money. Go back to the Door and use the Brass Buttons with the Small Bowl for Money from the Blind Violinist in the back and he starts to play and you got the Money.

Back to the Bar and give the stolenMoney to the Waitress. Now talk again to the Waitress and find out anything about Brian. Show her Brian's Letter to prove who you are. But she cannot read, so show her your Medallion. Try to follow her to the Cellar but the bastard has locked it. Talk to the Innkeeeper and tell about the girl to get the Key. Try to open the Cellar door with the key but the bastard has left the key from the inside. Talk again to the Innkeeper and ask him about the guests. Find out information about the police raid and if the police are looking for you also listen to local gossip, then ask for tools. Use the Corkscrew with the Cellar door and open it with the Key and enter the Cellar.

Go back to the Pub and talk to the Waitress about show the medallion. Go back to the Door and talk to the Poker Player. Now leave the Bar and go to the Street and from there to the Cemetery. Use the Bell in front of the Entrance Gate two times and you take it. Use your Brass Buttons with the Cemetery Bell and put it back to the Nail in the Wall and you can Bell. Check whether he knows Salted Cheek offer to bring the watch and go back to the Pub.

Talk to the Poker Player and play his game. Talk to the Innkeeper and complain about the poker player. Go back to the Door and take the Knife from the table. Go to the Cellar and use the Knife with the Plenty of Meat and also the Rope. Go back to the Cemetery and use the Knife with the Broken Pavement on the right. Go to the Gas Lamp on the right and use the Paving Stone with the Gas Vent. Now put the Rope and the Plenty of Meat together and use them with the Fenced Hole and enter the cemetery.

I don't know why you have to kill the puppy when your mate is fine inside. The dog didn't attack him..I hate hurting animals in games, but can understand with the story. Just the way I feel.
