Introduction
This guide will cover how to get all the achievements in the game BLACKHOLE. Note that this guide does NOT offer solutions to the puzzles, but will instead only include the unlocking requirements for every achievement. There are not too many missable achievements, and the game requires two playthroughs in any case, so don’t worry too much if you miss something in your first playthrough.

Note that this guide contains spoilers.

The achievements are categorized based on their type.
Storyline
These achievements will be unlocked naturally by just playing the game up to the credits. Some of them may seem like miscs, but you are guaranteed to get them in your playthrough.

Ha! You've Lost!

In level 2-7, Auriel challenges you to a competition to find a blue chameleon, which is located in one of the corners of the level. Reach it and the achievement will unlock.

VIDEOGAMECEPTION

You will unlock this achievement after beating the level 3-12. Cannot be missed.

Time And Relative Dimension In Space

In world 3 (Sacred Library), if you go all the way to the right where the portal to the next Entity is, you will spot T.A.R.D.I.S., which will disappear shortly.

Blackbox Maniac

You will unlock this achievement after collecting all the 12 blackboxes scattered across the map. The last ones will be in world 5 (Eternal Thirst). Note that this achievement is disabled in adventure mode.

NOTE: This achievement may not unlock if you don’t pick the very first blackbox in the game or die when collecting a blackbox, even if you collect all of them in the end and are playing on normal mode. This happened to me in my first playthrough, and I can't tell which one is the cause to this. It is still very likely that this will not happen to you.

Ability To Listen

Every time you complete a level, the crew member that is accompanying you will have something new to say. Just chat with him to progress in this achievement. You don’t have to do this after every single level, but you can do it all at once after finishing the levels in a selected world.

It’s Working Again!

You will unlock this achievement by fixing the spaceship after you have collected 160 selfburns.

Just Fix The Ship

You will unlock this achievement when you collect the last component to fix the spaceship.

Suicide Run

After you fix the spaceship, you will face Deuriel and will be thrown into a new area in the caves. Going through this area is basically the last level of the game, and beating it will unlock the achievement.
Post-Game
These achievements are related to the post-game storyline after you have beaten the main game.

This Coffee! That Coffee!

You can get this achievement by making and delivering a perfect coffee to Captain Jetsen.

All Secrets Revealed!

Collect enough dark self-burns in the post-game and talk to the crew to finish the story to unlock this achievement.

All These Revelations…

Complete all the post-game levels and collect all the selfburns in them. You will get this if you’re going for the last coffee time achievement.

Fit In The Party

Similar to the “Ability To Listen” achievement, you have to go talk with the crew members every time you clear the two post-game level in each world.
Limited
These achievements are technically not missable, but they’re a pair of achievements, out of which you can choose only one per playthrough. These are the main reason why you are required to beat the game twice.

Spilled Coffee vs. The Perfect Coffee

These achievements can be unlocked at the very beginning of the game, so it’s very easy to get the missing one. While “Spilled Coffee” will probably be your very first achievement in the game, “The Perfect Coffee” requires you to not jump and walk down the stairs slowly while delivering the coffee to Captain Jetsen. Note that you can refill the mug if you happen to spill the coffee.

Save vs. Sacrifice

This pair of achievements is the reason why you have to beat the game twice. At the end of the game, you have a choice to either save or sacrifice Auriel. You can only choose one per playthrough.
Missables
These are the achievements that can be missed in a playthrough. Luckily, there are only two of them.

Credits Lover

Simply don’t skip the credits after beating the game to unlock this achievement. Does not work with the "Let It Be..." ending.

Let It Be…

This achievement can only be unlocked at the very beginning of a new game, so it’s easy to get even if you miss it. Right after the crash, do not dig Auriel up, and go left instead. Once you reach the edge of the game, just jump down.
Coffee Times
Coffee Time Speedrunner
Coffee Time Speedjungler
Coffee Time Speedscout

Coffee Time Speedclimber
Coffee Time Speedmummy
Coffee Time Speedmaster

Coffee Time Secret A+

These achievements require you to complete all the levels in a particular Entity with 1) all selfburns collected and 2) within a certain time limit. The time limit for coffee times is not stated anywhere, so you just have to try being fast enough. Note that these achievements are disabled in adventure mode.

If you’re having issues with the coffee times or the optimal order of collecting selfburns, you can simply collect all the selfburns once and then try to find an available replay in the leaderboards. If you’re having issues collecting some of the selfburns, you can also watch Youtube videos by GordlikeTV (for all the main level coffee times) and rjdimo (for all the post-game level coffee times).
No-Death/Restart
Now You Will Not Die
Damned Component
Where You Step, It Is a Disaster

There are only three levels with these achievements, and they are: 1-4 for “Now You Will Not Die”, 1-12 for “Damned Component”, and 4-12 for “Where You Step, It Is a Disaster”.

“Now You Will Not Die” is by far the easiest one, while “Where You Step, It Is a Disaster” is definitely the hardest one.

The key to unlocking these achievements is simply practice and learning reliable strats. The most annoying thing about these achievements is having to leave the level and go back every time you fail, which can easily waste up to 10-15 seconds between each attempt, depending on your system.
Miscs
These achievements are basically the remainders; achievements that don’t really fit into any other category. These are mainly related to secrets, collectibles, etc.

ATI Ripped In Half

This achievement is unlockable in level 2-11. You can unlock it by timing the last part of the level so that you crush ATI into the spikes instead of cutting the rope. You can do this even after rescuing ATI.

Amazing Herb

After exhausting all the other dialogue with Selassie, he will ask you to go find him a herb. The herb is on the wall in world 2 (No-Man’s Land), near the last main levels of the area. Grab it and take it to Selassie.

Datapadworm

You can read notes written on machines between each level in world 3 (Sacred Library). After reading all of them, the achievement will unlock.

You Deserve This!

In level 3-11, there is a time limit of 10 minutes to beat the level. Simply let the time limit run out and you will get this achievement. You can do this even after rescuing Skelet.

Secrets Behind Blackhole

This achievement requires you to find and collect ATI’s datapad, which is located in the “lower” floors of world 3 (Sacred Library).

What? The HM01 CUT?!

After entering world 4 (Up & Down) and you reach the levels of the area, Skelet will settle down behind a small tree. Try to jump over the tree to unlock the achievement.

What The Hell?

The mystical painting is located in the first screen of world 5 (Eternal Thirst). Inside the “pyramid”, there is a certain spot where you can perform an action called “uncover dust”, which will uncover the painting.

Windy Wind

The crutches are very easy to spot in world 4 (Up & Down), but getting them is a bit more tricky. It basically requires you to enter world 4 from world 5, but upside-down. This means you have to do some very tricky maneuvering to get enough momentum to be launched over the portal to world 6, after which you can proceed and jump into the portal to world 4.

When you get the crutches, do not fall down if you haven’t gotten the dog tag in the other direction.

Number 23 Rocks!

The rock with the number 23 written on it is located in world 6 (Beyond the Void). You can’t really miss it, you just have to realize how to pick it up by using the gravity flippers.

The Shiny Spaceship

This achievement requires you to go an extra mile and collect EVERY selfburn in every level. If you’re going for the coffee times, you will get this achievement as well. Note that this achievement is disabled in adventure mode.

We’ve Found Them All

Collect all the dog tags scattered all over the Entity. Many of these are very tricky to get, and require you to either solve deep puzzles or do precise platforming.

Entity Explorer

If you’re going for a 100% save file, you will get this achievement as well. Note that you may be missing some areas even after having done everything else. In such a case, try to activate and enter the two other portals in world 1 (Crashsite).
DLC
These achievements can only be unlocked if you have purchased the Collector’s Edition of the game. In the main menu, select DLC and then Testing Laboratory. These achievements are just time-consuming and don’t require you to do anything special.

Completely Breathless

In the second room where you have to hold your breath, hold it until you pass out. This takes a while.

It Still Turns!

In the fourth room where you have to go inside a centrifuge, just stay inside until you unlock the achievement. This takes a while.

Like a Living Terminator

In the eighth room where you have to do push-ups, keep doing them until you reach 1000 push-ups and unlock the achievement. House stops counting your push-ups after 100, so you can't really tell when you will reach the last one. This takes a good while.

Broken Trampoline

In the eighteenth room where you have to jump on a trampoline, hold down the jump button and jump on the trampoline until it breaks down and you unlock the achievement. This one doesn't take too long.

TEST PASSED

Simply finish the Testing Laboratory.

Hey (RAVE)n.There is actually a way how to jump over that lake. You just need to jump to water and bounce off the second block. If you do it correctly, coffee guy will just barely catch the edge. Afterwards you just continue to left and you can make your fall for the early credits :)

Let it be

Where is the edge of word?

left of the ship is world 1 and a close gate into the right is a lake so no jumping or crossing it in any way...
How am I suposed to jump if I can't find the place? :(

Slight correction: There's a YouTuber called Pr4skyr09 who has the world record for the majority of the game's levels. He recorded himself getting coffee time in each of those levels. You don't have to go for a world record to get the achievements, but his videos can help you chart the best possible course to follow in case you're stumped.

It should be noted that rjdimo no longer has any BLACKHOLE videos on his channel, so he can't be used to estimate Coffee Times. The leaderboard strategy is your best bet now.

I think something happened to Skelet's crutches, because they aren't where the guide says they're supposed to be. I got the dog tag, but I don't see the crutches anywhere. Do they only appear after a certain event?
