Opis
The vanilla Amulet gives you a mear 20% boost... with NO other items that give you a voice cooldown i decided to make this. This is a craftable Amulet (under jewlery) that gives you a 50% boost. I was going to make it a quest to get it but i would want it voice acted. and i dont think my voice would sound good in the game.

well this combined with the blessings of talos comes to 40%, which is something.

This really bothered me too. 20% would have been like 1 sec sooner. 50% makes more sense. Thx
